“We sailed from Plymouth to Roscoff at 13.39, The check-in was very quick, sailing smooth, cabins n the ship was very clean, beds were very comfortable and cabin size was big with free mini bar which had stocked with 2 of each water, orange juice, sparkling water, 1 Pepsi and 1 box of macaroons. (4 berth cabin), staff was very helpful, departure n arrival on time. U can also go on deck and relax whilst watching the views and it’s must to enjoy the views. We had lunch in the restaurant which was reasonably priced as we had 20 euros 3 course meal and large portions. The only downside was that they only offer complimentary breakfast for morning sailings. However, they should atleast offer complimentary sandwich or salad for the other sailings. However overall excellent experience hence giving 5 rating. But surely I will use their services again.”
“We are relocating to Spain from Ireland and looking to book the Salamanca unfortunately we were waiting on the sale of our house to complete and we’re unsure of dates.
I rang customer service and got to speak to Cathy (in the cork office)who was just amazing.
We needed to bring our dogs and book dog friendly cabins all the cabins were booked up for the dates we thought we would be able to go only one date left but we needed to get clarification that the sale would be done by then.
Cathy went above and beyond for us no idea the stress she took away from this situation such a lovely pleasant lady to deal with you are very lucky to have her as an employee she is a superstar and I hope she gets recognition for her hard work.”
“Our experience was good. Changed our booking without problem. They were very accommodating but my only constructive feedback would be we were disappointed with the fact that we had to pay for the cinema seeing there’s hardly anything to do for over 24h.

“We returned from Santander on 25th October aboard the Pont Aven. The ship, though seemingly busy, always had plenty of seating. An hour after departure we had a meal in the restaurant before returning to our cabin. In that time, it was somewhat difficult to remain upright indicating that a smooth crossing was NOT on the cards. In our cabin, the boat could be heard (and felt) hitting the waves beneath. My wife was extremely unwell, being sick and being unable to leave the toilet. She despatched me to see what could be done. Customer services quickly communicated with the ship's nurse, Vincent, who arrived within 10 mins. A few preliminary questions and a diagnosis was made. He returned a few moments later with 2 part medication solution. After the first course he returned to check progress, with a wheelchair and told us that he had obtained a different cabin which would help. He then escorted us to the new location and made sure that my wife was comfortable and thereafter my wife was able to lie down and sleep . Hence a really huge thank you to Vincent and Brittany Ferries for their prompt and efficient solution to what could have continued to be a horrible journey.”

“We travelled on the Brittany Ferries ship MV Kerry from Rosslare, Ireland to Bilbao, Spain and returned two weeks later. We were very pleased with the whole service from start to finish. All sailings left and arrived on time. The ship was spotlessly clean and good measures were put in place to control social distancing and hand sanitation.
There was a good selection of food available at all meal times, ie breakfast, lunch and evening dinner.
The crew were all very friendly, courteous and extremely efficient in carrying out their duties. They continually cleaned the tables in the cafe area between different sets of customers.
All in all in was a great experience and we couldn’t have asked or expected anything more from Brittany Ferries on this occasion. Maybe a better price next time! Thank you :-)”
