My flight was changed - which I was happy with, but BudgetAir did not change the ticket to show the new flight/airport details - so I cannot get on the flight!!!
No contact number and the chat option is just a robot - no human available to speak to.
You can only contact by email, where they hand you over to another person then another person then another person and so on....
They don't understand clear instructions and you constantly deal with another person who doesn't understand what you are trying to explain. Something extremely simple.
BE WARNED - so much unnecessary stress and issues. BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE”

I bought 2 one way tickets back on their website. Went all the way through check-out, and my credit card was charged. I then get a message that the booking is "pending" and that the tickets will be confirmed within 24 hours.
No-where in the buying process or check-out process does it say that the purchase is still subject to a 24 hour wait for tickets to be issued.
They take full payment during check-out.
A few hours later, I get an email that the ticket is not available. And that the payment will only be refunded in 5-10 days.
Imagine if you were desperate to buy a ticket. Now you have your money tied up for the next 5-10 days, that you can't use to try to buy your flight ticket again on another website! Scam Rubbish .”

“Never Never use this online booking company for lots of reasons they are a rip off I lost £3600.00 and missed overseas factory visits plus I also lost £2400 on my upfront hotel payment all down to Budget Air failing to provide my airline with my passport information I was ordered away at check-in gate took me 5 days to get this sorted even had to visit the embassy in Manchester as the airline told me I had a black mark against my name this was not correct
I will never make this mistake again in my life they say buy cheap buy twice well this is the case they have no online contact number that you can call they just have a chat button on their site to talk to a robot what good to you is this when you have an issue as you can only click on boxes with no area to key any words in they have a info email address and when you send an email you get a reply telling you that you will get a reply within the next 5 days what good is this to you stay away from these cheap online sites book direct with the airline or face loosing your money like I have it looks like lots of other customers have had the same issues
I am going to take legal advice to recover my lost money these online companies need to take some responsibility for their customers and not just take their money and leave them behind”

But when I tried to check-in I then realised that those booking references doesn't even exist! And due to the fact that they are a third party agency, they should carry the charges,instead they don't have live chatbot nor any contact numbers, so can't be found in any way.”

“I've booked flights through BudgetAir. The airline postponed one flight by a few hours and cancelled the other, meaning many hours at one airport and waiting overnight at another. I called the airline to cancel and ask for a refund. They said I had to do it through BudgetAir, which has no helpline. On chat they kept saying we can't help you and you have no right to get a refund contact Middle East airline, I didn't contact Middle East airline they keep saying we can't help you go back to budgetair when I bought the tickets from.
Now I'm taken legal action for both Bugdeair and Middle East airline.

“If I could give 0 stars I would! SCAM COMANY! I bought tickets on their website and then they sent me an email at 1130pm, the night before my flight, stating that my departing flight is cancelled because there are no seats available. They did nothing to accommodate and would not cancel my departing flight either. How the hell am I supposed to fly on my return flight if I can’t get to my destination in the first place? On top of that my “refund” is 20% of my total payment, which I’m not even convinced I’ll get back at this point either. When speaking to them you can only chat and the agent keeps giving the same scripted response that I should call the airline and deal with the them myself, that too in the middle of the night when the airlines aren’t even open to speak to? How is this company expecting the customer to correct their mistake? Why are they offering seats to a flight if they can’t guarantee the seats are available? NEVER BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THEM”

They advised the airline had increases the prices but when I checked with the airline directly the price had actually fallen.
They also advised the refund will take 14 days which is obviously a very big inconvenience.”
