Phenolic coated ply ? Little more than spray on, you can scratch it off with your finger nail,will not last at all on trailer floor let damp in and delaminates,rubbish

Sorry but I have to say I Did not receive my order & I’m still waiting for my refund. Communication between staff doesn’t appear to be great as I was told different things about my order when I phoned to inquire.

Bought some cut plywood. Was first told it was out of stock and they’d ring me back when it was in stock. They rang a week later, I ordered it and received an email the following day saying my order had been picked and despatched for delivery. A week later I had received nothing so I rang to check and was told the material was in stock but was now out of stock and hadn’t been despatched. I then received an email that they were having trouble with the courier. I cancelled my order and received a refund but then received an email that my order had been despatched and would be with me the following day. It didn’t arrive thankfully as I had already purchased elsewhere. I think this company needs to work on its internal processes and review the automatic emails it generates. Also carriage prices very high, nearly £50 for a 25kg lot.

I’ve paid almost £50 for delivery and almost a month later I still haven’t received my goods. I was contacted 2 weeks ago saying the product was out of stock and would be delivered last week if I was prepared to wait. Still to this moment I have no clue what is happening and the proactive communication is terrible. Very poor customer service

Order was wrong when delivered then had to go and pick more up . One of your staff said next time you tell us what you need as to how Manet decking .

Unfortunately, only three of five products ordered arrived - have emailed customer services but no response after three days waiting. Hopefully this can be resolved and I will update this review if it is.

Unhappy with product condition. The hardboard arrived marked and damaged with only one of the two sheets cut to size. There a grease marks on the shiny side and the edges are damaged. In addition the shiny side has damage from tape being stuck onto it and then removed. I am very disappointed.

Delivered to the wrong place after a 10 working day wait and arrived damaged. Was told would be collected and redelivered to right place the next day which never happened. Same again the following day which again never happened. Must have wasted over an hour of time on multiple phone calls over this incompetence. Useless.

Ordered my decking, posts screws on the 9th April, screws arrived in the post, one lot of decks arrived 13th second lot was just left outside in front garden and still waiting for posts. Never answer emails, no notification of when things are arriving. Had to cancel the guys that were going to do the decking. Will not use again totally unprofessional. When are my posts going to arrive. Will not recommend either

Awful. Unable to track my item, or deliver it within 10 working days. Told multiple times over several days it was ‘out for delivery’ and promised it would be with me later that day. I even offered to go and pick it up from them, but they wouldn’t then refund my delivery cost. Received a full refund and no product after 13 days of messing around. Never again.

I have ordered some wood online with delivery 3 - 10 working days. In the meantime I have called these guys twice to check, if everything is fine and if they are able to tell me the delivery date. I was basically told to shut up and wait for my turn, as they have 10 days. So I waited, only to receive an email on the 8th day in the evening, that the wood they have is damaged and they don't know, when they will have new stock. I understand and appreciate, that something can be damaged, but I should have been informed much earlier, so I can avoid delays in my business.

Most unsatisfactory. The cutting ordered and paid for was not carried out and it appeared that, without any reason, when I reported the fact I was disbelieved. I was unable to provide photographic evidence of the uncut full sheet because, in order to advance the job for which the goods were required, I had had to make the required cuts myself. Subsequent communication with the company was disastrous and they clearly did not bother to read my explanation for not providing photographic evidence of their error and they repeatedly asked the same questions and received the same answers. They eventually employed the 'jobsworth's- defence claiming their company policy of requiring photos prevented them from satisfying my claim. I could not possibly recommend dealing with this company who still owe me a refund for work contracted, paid for and not completed. Beware!

Appalling service. Wrong item sent. Email was sent but receive no reply. We telephoned to be told we needed to submit photo's with measurements which we did. Telephoned again when we received no response to be told no email was received although we received a copy sent to our work email. Individual emails were then sent and again no response. We phoned at the weekend to be told to phone back on Monday as there was no one in customer services until then and you are also 8 weeks behind on emails! How you do business is beyond me. We still have the wrong item in our garage awaiting an exchange. So far customer service is non existent. Unable to click on the below as we emailed as well as telephoned and havn't received a reply by any means whatsoever.
