Easy to contact, give good reminders for meter readings, automatically reduce payments or refund. ( Of course that hadn't happened lately with the fuel crisis)

I have been very satisfied with the device form bulb. The app makes it easy to track your account and the smart meter they fitted means I can easily monitor my usage.

I inherited Bulb as the incumbant supplier when I bought my apartment in December 2021. I have struggled to get basic information and advice since - particulalrly pertinent given the energy crisis unfolding. I have a real issue with the way Bulb bills are presented to customers. There is a flaw in muddling up 'credit' and 'debit'! The bills are for customers so if we owe Bulb that should be prsented as a 'debit' but of we have reserves in the account that should be presented as a 'credit'. The total reverse is currently what happens. I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get transparency on 'standing charges'. These need to be itemised in customers' bills . There should be a service agreement with accounts like BG does with an annual service built in to the contract

The term 'credit' means you have money on the account and 'debit' means money is owed to Bulb. Great company. Their communication is always clear and concise and their App is so easy to use. The staff are also so polite and friendly and knowledgable. A very customer focused and transparent company, all companies should be like this.

Only just joined Bulb, but so far very good. A least I can speak to a human being, and get a sensible answer, which is more than I could with my previous energy provider.

Not sure whether competitive or not but excellent customer service, always very helpful, polite, professional staff. Easy to get on the phone (unlike others who after dozens of options never pick up, keep you hanging for hours, then you give up and call following day, and so on for many days, still no human at the other end, very frustrating!). Bulb always responds quickly to email queries too. You get regular email updates and monthly email statements of usage and charges and I like the layout and colour and format of the pages. Excellent company, highly reccomend.

Bulb has kept us updated with information helped us with our yearly gas check. Assisted quickly when power failed and overall reliable.

BULB are a great company, especially the service over the phone. I would recommend them and have in the past suggested for my friends and family to switch providers. In relation to prices going up, I have been pleased with the emails and reminders I have received reminding me about any future changes.

Whenever I have a query with Bulb, and that is not often and never to complain, I get positive quick responses. I am very happy with the service i get. Not Bulb’s fault price levels are where they are. Bulb now use Smart Meters to read my meters. Saves me a job.

How do you write a review about your electricity supplier?? Well the electricity keeps arriving OK but this is not Bulb's responsibility . I supply Monthly meter readings. They take a direct debit sum every month . They refunded a large credit buildup. Communication has been good. Shame they are in administration because that means I cannot even begin to look for an alternative supplier should I want one. They are all going to be high prices anyway thanks that basket Poo-Tin. Their DD calculations appear to be on the high side (as one would expect) and adjusting payments downwards is difficult...hence my significant credit build up. Do I give them 3 ** or 4

Our prices increased on April 1st in line with the price cap and so you may be finding your monthly statements more expensive than previously.
