“I ordered a kurta. It did not fit. I sought a size exchange and they filed a return request for a size exchange. Asked me to send a courier with the kurta set. As soon as it reached them, they refused for a size exchange and issued a voucher of a lesser price instead to buy something off from the site itself claiming the deduction in the voucher was for shipping charges WHEN THE SHIPPING WAS FREE. They have bad customer service and don't respond to queries but keep copy pasting the text of their emails.”

“If there was an option i would have given review in negative. For the first time I ordered something from bunaai and the experience was horrific. Dress which i received was a little tight, first of all there is no refund policy, so i asked for an exchange with new one or a bigger size. But the response they gave was that i myself have to bear the courier expenses of both side, there is also no online tracking system of bunaai which can give an assurance about dress being received and being despatched again. And to take things to altogether a new level of stupidity is that they don't mention anything about their policy while the time of purchase, and when I asked them to show me their policy, from last two days there response is "sir we forgot, we will send soon". All in all SINCERELY SEVERELY PATHETIC.”
“Beware of these fraudsters. They claim that logistics is not their responsibility. I ordered 4 suits from them and they delivered only 2 in a packet on which they have mentioned that package contains 4 suits. As soon as I opened the package I intimated the delivery person their logistics team and bunaai customer care. But they brazenly denied by saying me that " sir, chaar haatho we parcel nikalta hai, we can't look after the product at each stage". Now their audacity is such that they are not even replying on mail and instead asking from me the unboxing video. Please please please beware of them. And thank you @bunaai for ruining our festive mode. But we are looking forward to Lodge a formal complaint for emotional and monetary trauma we have gone through.”

While the world is going mad over Customer first approach. This particular company has some other plans. Pls do read to save yourself falling into the trap of this company.
Owing to Raksha-bandhan my brother had ordered 4 suits worth of Rs 7.5 K. However, in an attempt to wash away the happiness of the Rakhi gift, company had just parcelled two suits in the packet mentioning 4 suits are into it. As soon as I opened the parcel I initmated the logistics and bunaai customer care on missing 2 suits. Now they are not taking accountability of where the gap is.
Rather they said "sir chaar hatho se nikalta h product hum kaise dhyan rakhe"
With evolving convenience of shopping, this e-commerce website has scope to take away your hard-earned money. On top of that their customer executives are not bothered of the issue and rather saying “I don’t want to repeat, I can’t help you.” Soon I will be taking legal action against them, because today it's me but tomorrow it could be someone else. I want to inform you all to make a cautious purchase.

“Your exchange and return policies are too annoying.If your product does not fit in, there is no smooth way to exchange or return.
You have to keep calling their customer care and your call will be picked after an hour or two. You have to ship your product yourself in case you want exchange.
Really annoying experience with Bunaai.
