“Not a very good experience...fabric is not cotton...stitching is nice but dupatta fabric is also not pure Kota Doria it's a mix . . colour of the fabric is same as in the pic.... delivery was smooth...fabric is not that pure cotton which is used in block printing suits....just ok ok...not a wow dress.”

“This was my first experience with bunaai and all I can say is that they have zero customer service. First of all the dress doesn't resembles as it is shown in pictures and secondly when I wanted to return the product before 7 days as the given time and dropped a mail to them, they just reverted back to know what was the issue and later there was no response from them. I would never recommend bunaai to anyone. #irresponsible #worstcompany”
“I would not even give that one star, but this store is run by a bunch of unprofessionals who want to be in the market showing fancy stuff, but don't really know how to cater to customer requirements. I hve placed an order on August 02 and not received it yet, on Aug 28. After 10 days, they said they will ship in 4 days, after that they mentioned the dress is under production, and now no response when I am asking to cancel the order and refund. I don't quite understand the logic of taking customer's money when you don't have the product available. A warning to all potential buyers, their customer care is the worst, with the phone being always busy and delayed responses on email and messenger. Theie return aand refund policies are not comfortable compared with the care the big stores offer. It seems that they only interested in taking money from the customer, but not easing out things in return. I m not sure i have lost my money becuse there is no delivery since a month”

“I m a genuine Customer , I ordered this dress from @bunaai in Jan 2019, it didn't fit me so I asked for bigger size and @bunaai people asked me to send it back on my expenses .. then I decided to keep it as I was going to lose weight... So in August when I opened it looked like this.. never worn it.. was kept in the best condition.. @bunaai people say that it's a block print n it gets damaged on its own if u don't wear it...
