“What a lovely company to deal with. Even though I was buying from the clearance items I received great customer service from Adam and Stephane and the delivery and installation by Maciek and Tomek was fast and efficient. My son is very happy with his new base and Montadale mattress. Quality products and lovely staff. The clearance section is definitely worth a look!”

“Beautiful selection of beds and materials in the showroom and a helpful, friendly team. The whole buying experience was great and their aftersales service is superb too - we had a query, after hours on a Friday evening, left an online chat message and received a phone call just 10 minutes later. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a new bed.”

“Our new Montadale mattress was delivered by the helpful and careful team to our upstairs bedroom. The mattress was for me, comfortable from the start, but my lighter-weight other half wasn't convinced initially. The 100 night trial period proved crucial as we kept discussing whether we'd keep it or return it... After about 90 nights we were both sure we'd be keeping it. The mattress looks and feels quality; it has an unnerving ability to make you want to lie down on it, it's comfortable. We were originally looking for a "soft" mattress as we were both having hip and upper arm pain from our existing mattress which always felt too hard. The "regular" tension of our new Montadale has proved to be sufficiently accommodating to both our different sizes and we're happy to recommend Button and Sprung.”

“I went to the showroom to see the beds, and I was so well looked after. My son was too, with kids movies, juice and headphones! I was happy with the bed I chose and then tried out mattresses - having thought I'd buy a mattress elsewhere, I changed my mind after learning about the Button & Sprung craftmanship and materials, and then trying a few out and feeling how comfy they were! My delivery was booked in easily by the shorroom team member, and then the communication was great. I got a two hour window for delivery rather than having to stay in all day. Finally, the delivery team did the assembly which was a godsend. I'm so happy with the quality and comfort of my bed and mattress. I would recommend Button & Sprung to anyone!”

“A great experience all the way through, service at the showroom was extremely friendly and professional, welcoming but never pushy. Choice of products and fabrics was excellent as was the advice taht we were given on each of them. Once the order was placed B&S kept in touch with us regarding the delivery date. The team that delivered and installed the bed were very professional, helpful and friendly. A really positive experience and i would eagerly use them again.”

“We went to the showroom to choose our bed frame and frame. The overall process from the choice to the delivery and assembly went smooth. Martin and Sophia from the sales team were very helpful and have answered to all our questions. A special thank to Pavel and "Magic" from the delivery team for their clean and fast work and being very respectful also of the property. Upon our request, they were able to collect and disposed of our old mattress. It's a 5 stars service for us. The super king-size bed and mattress are amazing. We would definitely buy again from Button & Sprung.”

“Visited the store to place our order, staff were lovely and very helpful. Only issue was the choice of fabrics was huge so took a while to decide. Delivery was within timescales advertised, delivery guys were great and tidy. Highly reccommend.”

“This is our second Button and Sprung bed, this time for our guest room. There is such a great choice and you can always find an option that suits your home perfectly. The delivery and build process was quick and efficient - Greg and Magic were so polite, extremely considerate taking shoes off to save our carpet and clearing all packaging away.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. The showroom is worth making the effort to visit; seing and feeling the textures of the wide variety of fabric options is very helpful as well as seeing many of the beds made up in different upholstery. The quality is very high, including smooth running drawers. The delivery guys were super helpful; a total pleasure to deal with.”
