“From the moment I set foot in the showroom, I felt I had come to the right place: beds and matresses are presented in a relaxing, airy and well organised space. Expert advice in on hand, and more guidance is available in the descriptions next to each product. I found the staff to be very attentive, both in advising and guiding customers, and in leaving them space to try the selected matresses for the time they need. I bought our King size divan bed and Perendale matress over the phone and my interaction with the customer service has been very pleasant and helpful, particularly in guiding me through the measurements for access at home. The delivery team was also wonderful: experienced, punctual and fast, without being hurried.”

“It was the perfect experience from finding the store while out on a run, to going in the next day to try out the beds, to realizing they also did mattresses, to the assistants being so incredibly helpful (and making truly one of the best cappuccinos), to delivery and set up, we have no complaints! Incredibly happy with the process from start to finish!!! So refreshing to be able to find a bed in person and to deal with competent, friendly and knowledgeable associates.”

“This is our second Button & Sprung bed. We loved our first one so much that we ordered another one when me moved house recently. We have gone for a much bigger size this time - Super Kingsize and it’s fabulous. The whole process from start to finish was easy, professional and hassle-free. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“The name, address and location of Button & Sprung suggested the product would be overpriced and targeted towards those with more money than sense. However, the reviews said otherwise so I paid them a visit. To be honest, I was still a little bit worried as I took in the quasi-VIP-lounge showroom complete with extremely well turned out staff. At this point, I tried out a few beds... It was immediately obvious that Button & Sprung offer extremely comfortable and well made mattresses at competitive prices. Communication is very good and the experience is very streamlined. Unexpected these days unless you are willing to pay a premium for it. Good for them - a decent product sold at a fair price by good people. A very rare find in the UK in 2025. Highly recommended.”

“We placed the order online during Christmas, so at the beginning the communication may have been backlogged a bit. But after reaching out for the update, the communication afterwards went very promptly. We visitted the store later whilst waiting for the bed to be put together, to test if we really like the mattress we ordered. The service in the store was very good, the staff was really helpful and let us try at our own pace. We upgraded our mattress in store there and then, the changes were made swiftly and did not impact our delivery by much. The guys who came to deliver and assemble the bed for us were very professional. Very smooth experience overall apart from few follow-up here and there.”

“We have had a very positive experience at Button & Sprung when buying a new bed and mattress. Both times i visited the showroom the assistants were very helpful with advice, providing and ordering samples, explaining the differences between the various mattresses, and then allowing us time to try them without any pressure. We eventually bought a clearance bedframe, which just happened to be in the style and fabric we wanted, and ordered a new mattress to go with it which was all delivered and assembled as promised. Their customer service was excellent, and they make very good coffee in the showroom too!”

“The mattress is so deep and lovely. Someone jokingly said, 'You need a ladder to climb up, to reach the top.' We laughed, but the truth is that once you reach the top, it is magically comfortable and soft, giving me the best sleeps ever!! Thanks, Button and Sprung!”
