“Very very comfortable mattress. The ottoman is quite heavy to lift but good amount of space. Slight disappointment was a pull on the headstand which I am sure was the fault of the person putting the bed together but I noticed it late so I’m sure will not be able to prove it”

I know that my colleague has reached out to you regarding the pull you describe on the headboard, we will most definitely look into this for you. You do have to put a little bit of 'oomph' into lifting up the ottoman, which is assisted by a gas lift mechanism. “Extreamly pleased my new puchase, i couldn't wait to jump into my new bed, and i wasn't disappointed! Unfortunately the delivery service was a little disappointing, two large marks left on wall and ceiling (newly painted) which will need attention 😕 however the guys were extremely polite and quick.”

“We are so pleased with our mattress. It is so comfortable and I have really noticed the difference with the natural fibres. The explanation on the website of what firmness to get was really helpful. I would definitely recommend. Delivery was great and well organised. Thank you so much.”

“They were extremely helpful when we visited the show room. Our order was processed very quickly. However, frustratingly the bed frames were left in their warehouse for some considerable time due to lockdown. When they were finally delivered, the delivery drivers were incredibly helpful and assembled the beds for us which was unexpected.”

“The showroom was good with opportunity to really try out the mattresses without sales team hovering nearby. It was good to see the different materials going into the mattresses. The showroom could do with being a bit warmer though. Our mattress was due to be delivered the week after the COVID-19 lockdown so we had a long and frustrating wait for a new delivery date. Communication could have been better. Annoyingly, the agreed free collection of our old mattress was withdrawn for COVID reasons which has left us with an issue over disposal. I feel that the company could have come up with a solution to uphold their end of the deal.”

“Great workshop and client services. Also very happy with out mattress and the service we received. Reason I gave it 4stars instead of 5 is because I feel they could take their service up a notch seeing that the product is expensive. I initially struggled with the mattress as it had to settle down. I would of wanted to know what the experience may of been like so I would of been prepared knowing that initially the mattress wouldn't feel good as needed time. I also think they need to consider people's body weight & size because that impacts choosing the right mattress. Everything else is great, highly recommend their company and products. Will use again.”

“Really lovely bed and really helpful when I was deciding on colour/fabric. The only issue was the delivery time where my bed took much longer to be made than stated. However this was communicated to me, and they did call me to update me. Product wise absolutely no issues and would buy from here again.”

“The experience in the sales room was brilliant. It was relaxing, the coffee was good and there was plenty of opportunity to try out the different mattresses. The aftersales could be improved - there wasn't much communication between purchase and delivery. A periodic update on delivery timelines would have been a welcome addition.”

“Had to wait quite a while for delivery of the frame following ordering (originally quoted 8-12 weeks for delivery but it arrived in 7-8) and was disappointed that free mattress removal applied only when a frame and mattress were purchased together, but the ottoman frame is exactly what I wanted and the delivery crew were efficient and tidy. The sales team also sent loads of fabric swatches free as I was having difficulty finding the right colour for the headboard. In the end I am very happy with the frame.”

“So far we are happy with the choice recommended, and enjoying our sleep with our new mattress. Quality is good and the finish looks nice. Headboard is really impressive. Our only gripe is the shade is quite a bit darker than the sample we were sent. So would advise a stock cutting of the fabric that you select before you confirm your order.”

We just left you a voicemail - would you be able to send us a photo of the bed colour next to the sample you received? We can always send you a second sample if you don't have the first anymore. “The whole ordering and delivery process was very straightforward. Button and Sprung contacted me to confirm my order and then it was a few weeks whilst my order was made. I'm delighted with the items delivered. I have given them four rather than five stars because the delivery date was left quite up in the air until the week it arrived, which may be problematic for some people who find it difficult to take time off work.”
