“The store staff were very helpful and patient. The delivery staff were excellent, quick and tidy. The headboard itself is mainly good however some of the stitching is untidy and is more visible than expected in some areas.”

“There wasn't an overload of communication, which can sometimes be too much. The comms was good and the delivery guys were friendly and nice. They fitted the bed which I didn't expect and took the rubbish away too :)”

“Great service at the showroom having seen the bed frames on their website. Their sales people were extremely helpful and provided additional advice on the choice of bespoke fabrics instead of the general ones available. In the end I went for a one of their recommended fabrics available on the website. They kept me up to date on delivery date and a confirmed a suitable window a couple of days prior. The delivery people were fantastic and assembled the unit in no time taking away all the packaging. Couldn't ask for a better service from a boutique supplier. The bed frame is well made and feels luxurious with the materials used.”

“So I've written two reviews, both very positive. This one finishes the story. I bought a regular mattress but found it far, far too soft. (wife liked it, so it was me not any fault with the mattress, but for reference, the regular one is really soft!). A month or more later I asked if they could replace it with a firm version. They replied straight away, no problem at all. It took quite a while, but I think that's because they're actually making the mattresses. Then they gave me a date, and their delivery people came and collected the first mattress and replaced it with a firm one. The firm one is really good - very happy. I would say it's a medium-firm, having had much harder ones. It has good support, and very nice padding on top. The mattress is lovely, well made, comfortable. The customer service throughout has been personal, polite, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with - really rare nowadays, so I felt I had to come and write a review. All the way along it's felt like I was dealing with a real business staffed by real people who actually care about their customers. They deserve all the 5 star ratings.”

“So refreshing to deal with such a professional company. I was very impressed with the excellent service from speaking to them directly right until they delivered and built the bed...….nothing was too much trouble. The bed and mattress was a present for my nephew who is incredibly pleased with the craftmanship not to mention the comfort level. “The comms & delivery for my bed & mattress was brilliant. The guys were really nice & super careful when it came to getting my bed up my awkward staircase. They made the bed oober fast & brought everything in well protected even thou it was the soggiest of days! Since then I’ve slept like a log & what I’d say was the most comfortable bed ever! Would recommend B&S any day for the best beds & super great delivery team! Thanks so much!”

“From ordering to jumping on my bed when it was built, the service from Button & Sprung at every step, has been fabulous. “The whole experience was fantastic. We originally bought a Casper foam mattress but when we opened it we were amazed how it stank!! After some research we discovered it was sprayed with chemicals and fire-retardant that was hazardous to our health. We decided then we would only buy a bed that was natural and healthy. We have been using our bed for quite a few months now and are very happy.”

Hi Jenny, Thanks so much for your kind review! As advocates of natural mattresses - we only use the finest natural fillings (no foam, or harmful chemicals! - so no off-gassing period!). Additionally, our mattress ticking (covering) is woven in such a way that it does not require Fire Retardancy treatment.
