The whole website is confusing to start eith. I bought a bunjee jump voucher for £39.00. My choice of venue is not even listed. The venue choices like Manchester and others are too far for me to even conteplate travelling to. I tried to call the number given on the website to try and cancel thr voucher. Turns out it was d premium number. I managed to get a London area code and autorob voicemail informed me calls will take as long as 45 minutes to answer. I was given a choice of a call back service. I opted for it and its now 5 days and im still waiting for the call back.

Our experience was very poor. The problem is having to contact the venue to redeem the voucher. We tried contacting Linfield racecourse all day by phone and left messages to contact us so that we could redeem the voucher. They didn’t get back to us. I then e-mailed them hoping that someone would answer. They did the next day just before the first evening race. As you can guess we missed the meeting and were left very disappointed.

10 days after placing order and still no voucher delivered. Cant seem to contact anyone. Very frustrated as this is a wedding gift

I called to book the 3 course dinner at Thornbury Castle and they told me that usually the meal is only available Sunday-Thursday (which wasn't on the voucher terms anyway), but at the moment the restaurant is only available to hotel guests (again nothing about this on the voucher). Very disappointed as we can't use the voucher for months, and even when we do we won't be able to use it at the weekend, none of which was made clear on the voucher when buying.

Purchased an item on the 31st of July 2021 Got an email saying now despatched, delivery in 3>5 workings days 9 days later Not Delivered !!!!!!!!! HOW DO I CONTACT THIS BUSINESS, No telephone number, No email address I am Not a happy bunny

Bought a voucher for Camelia hotel, Thorpe Bay When booking with buy a gift was charged an extra £49 for a 2 night stay. Will never buy a voucher for a hotel From buy a gift again.

Unfortunately we had a terrible dinner at prezzo in the mumbles Swansea. It looked so inviting. The reception from the staff was welcoming. We sat and ordered drinks and food. The drinks arrived promptly but we and others were then forgotten for between 1 and a half and 2 hours for service of food. One of the other customers took umbrage and challenged the staff. It was the revealed they were down in chefs due to covid. If we were told on arrival then we would have had the opportunity to choose our choice to stay or rearrange for another day. A good gift but unfortunately spoilt.

Do not use these people. I wanted to change a hotel voucher for my husbands birthday and was told I couldn't even though we had raised our concerns after reading the hotel reviews. We wanted to have a special dinner and wanted to change the hotel as we found out the restaurant was closed...after waiting over a year to use our voucher we were very disappointed with the service

The operator was good and tried to help but the manager was not helpful. They cancelled my hotel booking last minute Abd tried to place me in hotel I didn’t want to as it had mixed reviews even at waivered price. I requested to nook from a diff website and they said they won’t give any help regarding that. They Don’t care if a customer has been stressed out.

I ordered a 30th birthday gift to my house for my friend for next week. The address listed was mine. My friend however has already received the gift at her house. I now have nothing to give her at her party in front of everyone. It was also meant to be a surprise trip for her but now the surprise is wrecked.

Little went right. There are no partners in Herts who do helicopter rides and Manor Farm in Epping don't do helicopter rides either. It has been very difficult to find an phone number for anybody to speak to. You only reply to an email is to say you can't reply to it. My wife, who the gift was for, made several phone calls and 55 minutes waiting to be answered on one call. When she did get through only one venue was suitable and it is still not organised. Very disappointing, frustrating and annoying. I also call it false advertising. I am considering referring the matter to the appropriate Watchdog.

Brought smart box meal for 2 Prezzo from Currys. All I have had is headache regarding to activate the voucher. I have dealt with 2 people Jasmin and Louis they have not helped me in anyway to get this sorted out. I don't recommend using this company after the bad experience I have had. Spoken to other members of staff on the phone when dealing with my request they just cut off off the phone. Very bad customer experience especially when it was my mother's 70th birthday over the weekend and that's why I brought this. Great let down by this company!
