Really disappointed as bought a voucher for two London theatre break. I went to book a show, very limited seats were available for chosen show and only upgrades available which were a further £275 or more. That cost was more than if I bought two seats together directly. Very poor and now don’t have a use for the voucher.

Transaction is pending 2 additional times in my account (so technically taken 3 times). I have emailed to ask what’s happening and awaiting an outcome on that. Just really annoying especially this time of year!

Bought two night break ..then had to redeem it on the phone at 27 p minute ...cost me extra 8.20 on phone not happy with this

I tried to purchase an item with the Black Friday discount but the discount was withdrawn and a higher amount charged. In addition the payment was not processed by your bank but was submitted as a pending transaction which has tied up my account at a time when I needed access to all my accounts. In addition I am still receiving e mails/ messages asking me to complete the payment At the moment I am very unhappy with the situation but if not with your staff who have been as helpful as they can. I am still unable to go ahead with the purchase, which is really poor at this time of year.

Tickets for a show I bought the voucher for could not be used at that price. The need to upgrade was not explained when purchased. I would like a refund

Voucher was only valid for two months yet the driving experience had no availability for two months so I rang to ask if you could extend the voucher's expiry (took me about 20 mins together through). The lady I spoke to said she would send me another voucher with a year's expiry but I havent received it so am going to have to call again and try to sort. Not impressed!

I received a Helicopter experience voucher for my birthday. I tried to redeem the voucher but had to go through Three different companies and still couldn’t book anything and was put on standby. This means nothing. Very upset

My last purchase was a complete con. I bought some buy a gift theatre tickets with an extra 24% off to see Pretty Woman. I then followed the link and purchased the low quality seats offered as any better had a large subsidy added to the price. When I was showing the purchased seats to my friend later on the savoy theatre website, we noticed that it would have actually been cheaper to buy them direct from the theatre and also we could have got much better seats!

Normally very pleased with but a gift as I have purchased many experiences. However on the occasion I placed an order on Monday it’s now Saturday and the item has still not been received!!

Purchased a voucher last Monday for VAL patisserie. My husband took a days holiday on Wednesday so we could have a little treat. Unfortunately the voucher was declined, so therefore as you can imagine we were extremely disappointed with Buyagift.
