You obviously do NOT read your emails. I ordered and it NEVER got delivered! Even paid extra for Saturday delivery but nothing. I demand you sort it and deliver the gift I ordered for my wife and a full refund for the Saturday delivery that NEVER happened. Thank you.

Item was not delivered to default address on account and currently this is not being rectified by buyagift. Really annoyed as means i will have to pay postage to rectify their mistake. Not a happy customer

The gift I paid for would of been perfect if I actually received the voucher. Hope I hear back from this review and it can be solved if not I’ll just have my money back

I have chosen a specific date so hopefully will be delivered I do however feel delivery cost very expensive and need to get a deal with a delivery company

Still not received emails from the £200 order!!! Not the usual service :-( ... had via email as needed for a birthday gift and still may not be received on time??

Buying a hotel voucher. Next day received mail to say payment address didn't match card. Never had an issue before. Ironically the money had already left my account. Was asked to send in ID. didn't want to do this so cancelled order.

I ordered £100 wine box set and paid over £20 to ensure next working day delivery. The delivery was made 4 working days later missing the recipients special birthday. No response to my e-mails, not even an apology received to date. Very poor customer service experience in my case.

We tried to redeem voucher and unavailable, so tried to book another piglet pantry offer and unable to do this .. this was a Christmas gift so would of thought could of booked it easily... Iv bed. Using but a gift for years never had this problem before

I ordered a tea for two from piglets pantry as a Christmas present for my wife. When she went to redeem the voucher (voucher number 11194948) she got a message that the experience was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially as I see now that experience is still being offered on your site. I am a very disillusioned customer and probably won’t be using your services again. I would also like an explanation as to: 1. Why the voucher couldn’t be redeemed 2. Why is experience still being offered.

Gifted the overnight stay with dinner value 150 pounds however the recipient tried to redeem and there were up charges for every hotel! So embarrassing and disappointing 😜

Bought a Family festive tea at home from piglet's pantry. The voucher had to be used before 2nd January 2021. Sent it to my colleague as a Christmas present on Weds 16th December, because we'd just published a family Christmas book. So I felt this would have been an apt present for her and her family to receive. Three working days later, my colleague emailed to say Piglet Pantry could no longer fulfill the Family Festive Tea voucher and she had been asked to choose something else instead. Misleading and disappointing. ‘Delivered by Christmas’ ended up being an envelope with instructions on how to book for ‘actual’ delivery online. Emailed requesting delivery ASAP and have heard nothing back other than a stock response about delayed responses due to increase volume on the 23rd. Fine any other time of the year, just don’t advertise as delivered by Christmas as many other options were available for food delivery at that time.

I purchased 6 two night stay vouchers through the blue light scheme. Everyone in the family was really excited to have something to look forward to. My son has spent all morning trying to book a break. There is nothing at weekends - and they have to top up by over £100 in a mid week deal next November! They have tried so many alternatives. Many hotels were simply not interested in taking a booking once they mentioned the vouchers. I will be requesting a full refund.
