No one will respond to me I bought a voucher as a gift it said it doesn't open so I cant print it. Sent numerous emails and still heard nothing. Christmas is now obviously past I didn't get to give the gift and still waiting for a reply

I don't know if it's been delivered, and found it very confusing. It's "Buy a Gift" but I got an email to download the voucher... it's not for me and there was nothing to say about emailing the recipient!

Delivery - the order was purchased on the 12th as a Christmas present. The gift box has not arrived. I hadn't noticed until the 24th. Will be chasing up tomorrow. A bit disappointed, normally the service is prompt and everything goes well. Perhaps missing with the post office? Still to check, unfortunately it was too late to contact them on the 24th.

Very disappointed. Requested hard copy booklet and added a Happy Christmas message. Only voucher received. No indication as to who it was from. Recipient logged on as instructed and was bombarded with ‘upgrade, info. Thought it was a scam and binned it all. Really upsetting for all concerned.

Can't open pdf voucher. App says document broken and cannot open. No indication whatsoever on website on how to fix this issue. I ve downloaded different app to open file but nothing will do.

The gift is great. She loved it. However. I bought it as a surprise gift as a Christmas present for my partner. I give my name and address, but you send it directly to her. I was out so she naturally opened it. Surprise not. If there was an option who to send it too, I did not see it. I did however see the download an e-ticket which I fully intended to do when Lisa was out. Hence never crossed my mind it would be sent.

I emailed less than 24 hours after making an order asking if I could exchange what I had bought as it’s the wrong gift for the person I bought it for. 4 days later & still no response from buy a gift. Appalling service

The gift itself is a great gift I know my daughter will love however I am still awaiting the gift voucher box which I ordered over a week ago I tried to contact you but couldn’t get a reply

I purchased a gift (West End Theatre Vouchers) with presentation box and am still awaiting arrival 8 days later despite the website stating same day despatch. I have also received no despatch confirmation despite the communucation confirming purchase stating that I would receive one.

I have used buy a gift numerous times over the years and never ever had a problem for any purchases. But these Boxes took over 48hrs to arrive , from despatch to receipt and contain fresh cheeses Both have only the miniature gin and no peach schnapps and no champagne as stated on the buyagift booking, I would therefore would like contact from someone

Well you tell me what went wrong because I am still waiting to receive my order. I realise there is a problem when you ask for a review! This was a Christmas present. Perhaps you can work out how my recipient can receive this gift by Christmas and let me know.
