“Would highly recommend using this site. Excellent prompt communication via email. Ordered Friday morning with a lot of engraving needed and still received the next day on Saturday ! Really pleased with the tankage which was for a retirement gift. If I wanted to be REALLY picky, the presentation box was a little expensive, and I had to lightly brushed over the engraving as there were little bits from where it had been engraved.... But I would definitely use the company again and would recommend others”

“I am very disappointed in the engraving quality, very poorly done with metal whiskers and burrs throughout the engraved area, and it was just a three letter engraving, nothing fancy.”

“This is the third time I have purchased a tankard from buyatankard.com. If you need to buy a tankard, there can't be anywhere better in the world than buyatankard.com, probably! 10 out of 10- on every level. Value for money,easy of ordering, massive massive choice, fantastic value for money engraving, excellent choice of fonts, good quality product, and fast fast production and delivery. “Customer service replied promptly to my questions. The rep offered alternative style options when I found I could not customize the weight and size of the tankard I wanted. The website should make it more clear how many grams each weight class weighed. However, when I asked whether the brass rim would tarnish over time (and what kind of care can be taken to prevent or reduce that), the customer rep merely directed me to the website for the answer as if I had not read all of their tankard care information (which I had). Their website did not have the answer. I chose not to get a brass rim. The tankard order did fill and ship quickly. With the standard AirMail shipping option, I didn't have to pay duty, either (I am in Canada)! Overall, the experience was good, if a bit unclear on some details.”

“I was really pleased with the finished product. I had a logo engraved on it which I was worried would be an issue but after a prompt reply to my query I placed my order. Arrived quick and looked fantastic. It has made a perfect Christmas present!”

“I ordered a tankard from my children to their grandad. They loved being able to write what they wanted on something they knew he would use regularly (!). It was their way of telling him how much he means to them and we were delighted with the quality on receipt. It arrived very quickly, was very well wrapped up (so there would never be any issues with breakage) and it was also in a lovely blue gift box. A very satisfied customer. Thank you. I am sure my dad will absolutely love the tankard and will be especially touched by the personal words my children have used.”

“I got the King's Shilling Tankard for my fiance who is in the US Navy, His great grandfather was Scottish and so I had his clan crest (Napier) engraved on the other side. The tankard is lovely and engraving a really nice personal touch I think he will love it when he gets it for Christmas. The presentation box is really lovely colour I'd recommend getting this extra if it's a gift Thank you so much for rushing it through for my deadline too! Emma King Scotland”

“I received the tankard in very good time, but, I had paid extra for an engraving as its for a Christmas gift for my husband, however when it arrived I found that there was no engraving at all, just a plain tankard. I did ring up and the lady at the other end was very helpful and sent me a link to download a pre paid returns form. As helpful as this was it should never have happened and obviously somebody did not read my order correctly. I am just hoping that I now receive the engraved tankard in time for Christmas, otherwise I will not be at all happy and would not be able to recommend to my friends.”
