“Bought the kb radio and Bluetooth 2.5" kit. Delivery was very quick. Product packaged nicely. Although pretty obvious and easy to assemble, instructions are clear. In the modern age of safety surprised to find the power supply connection to be a 2core (no earth) screw type block instead of push fit spring connector but it works. Speakers look OK. Sound quality (out of ceiling, not yet fully installed) is a little tinny and at high volume there is distortion. However full volume is pretty loud. I do have a battery bt speaker that has more bass... but I think it's acceptable for the price point. The app is frustrating, would be nice to be able to turn the speakers on/off without having to use the app, but I've not fully used it yet. However you can stream radio to the speakers and even youtube videos. Overall pretty happy considering the cost, quality and simple installation.”

“They had the type of equipment we wanted, emailed us when it was back in stock and arranged to demonstrate the unit when we called at the showroom, even allowed us to play our own record and cd. We bought the record player there and then and took it home with us. When installing the unit at home we found we did not have the right connector for the FM aerial lead and a quick phone call to the office and they sent one to us overnight in the post. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we shall certainly recommend the company to our friends. 100/100 for performance. Thank you so much”

“Dear Jon Delivery arrived at the time stated. I am very happy with the product, the picture quality is just excellent. The only issue I have is that it is referred to as a "flip down"TV and, although it does indeed drop down there is, seemingly, no way of making it stay in the horizontal position. Ieus it is permanently vertical as gravity makes it drop. Perhaps someone could contact me? Many thanks. John Cooke I have now been contacted with the answer to my issue, so promptly it is almost unbelievable these days!!! A simple soultion:- The back of the TV is magnetised and there is a small metal bar thats fits on the unit above it. How simple is that? Many thanks Rob”

“The heater assembly decided to fail on a Sunday so after tracing he part number ordered on line at 15:30 paid for 24 hr delivery and arrived first thing Tuesday morning.Excellent service and identical part.Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“The TV arrived in good condition and works fine although the sound is a bit tinny. However there is an audio out cable which could be used to improve the sound. There are no instructions on fitting and it does require you to drill a hole in the kitchen cabinet above to fit it or perhaps put a board under the cabinet to allow the cables to be run under rather than in the cabinet. So fitting does require some DIY skills. Having said that it does fit neatly and folds back to be almost invisible. It is held by a magnet when folded back which works fine except that the little rubber studs to prevent damage to the TV as it folds back onto the magnet are too thick and when they are in place the magnetic clip doesn't work. So I replaced them with something thinner.”
