I tried to order something 3 weeks ago, and I tried to order when they have discounts with Rakuten, then their website f***ed up and I failed to get one.
Then this week finally the seller gets some stuff again, I purchased with their 5% off coupon, which I only used once, I only have one account, they ban me.
Actually I didn't notice I was banned until i found the money paid got back.
I tried to login, no help. Try to reset password, no help.
Asked customer service, they spent two days and told me my account is banned, they can't tell me why.
Think about it, you have something really hot and want to buy them, how much time is wasted because their stupid techs, and their customer service.
AND you think the order submission is automated, because everything seems to be like that, it is not, there are hours of delay after you submit. Is this website actually operated by real human labors???
Just avoid them. They are NOT trustworthy. A waste of your time. Just avoid them especially you are pursuing for something with limited availability, they will f*** up the timeline, and slow in response. Google Translate is your best friend, you don't need them.”

Buyee is absolutely the worst proxy service I have ever come across. I've read reviews like the one I'm about to make prior to using their service, telling me to avoid their site and I didn't listen them. So now I'm paying for it. Literally.
I purchased 8 items through them but I didn't know that the domestic shipping cost was 35,000 yen (around $282) for each item totaling 280,000 yen, approximately $2262. Their website does not reflect all of the information on the original Japanese seller's item page and so I paid for the item without realizing the cost to ship domestically because that price was not made available. I then realized Buyee will later charge me for the $2262 in domestic shipping, which by the way is a scam. The items were 1/2 lb each tops, so there's no way it would've cost that much to ship.
But Buyee offers no customer protection against fraudulent sellers. Seeing as how some of their past customers have dealt with the same issue that I'm dealing with , you'd think that Buyee would've created some sort of protocol or safeguards to prevent something like this from happening again. But they haven't.
I had no choice but to go through with the transaction because per Buyee's policy, if I didn't pay them to ship my items to me, then they would've disposed of my items and automatically charged my payment method on file anyways. I couldn't even remove my payment method until I paid that amount.
So I'm literally paying for their mistake for being unable to provide all relevant information on their own website.
I tried disputing this through PayPal but they denied my case. Currently trying to appeal their decision but I don't like my odds. I'll have to file a chargeback as a last resort if it comes to it since I had to use my debit card to pay for this.

I bought a card titled "PSA 10 graded Galar Friends" with the description saying that it is graded at the highest 10 and so ..
But when i received the item, it was just a card itself without the PSA slab or grading. I email them with the videos and picture and they told me no "refund" because it is not unauthentic nor damaged.
If so, why did i even get the inspection plan. Do you guys even check what you received ? With this outright scammed, you guys can say that it is non-refundable.

“Many selection of items, but poor customer service. They often charge us for everything, even the most simplest request, such as a photo of the pqckage label. I ordered some clothing since october 2021, it took over 2 months to finally arrive to my country, but for whatever reason, my country claimed the item had insufficient address, the item was returned back to the sender, I told them that my address I gave, was the same I used all my life with online purchases. Now they are charging me extra to reshipping again, just for an broken system! No customer service at all, it feels like we are talking to an A.I. they often want us to forfeit funds, and keep the conversation long, just to avoid any refund. “Buying through buyee has, hands-down, been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. They mispack and mishandle items, when the optional consolidation fees are paid they fail to consolidate items correctly. They have recalled one of my packages (over $1000 worth of goods, and have refused to give me any status updates on it). Contacting customer service is almost always a huge waste of time - they misunderstand or ignore most requests. Buyee also seems to deliberately engage in methods to extort more money from their customers (refusing to change to cheaper shipping methods, shipping in boxes that are way too big for items, demanding additional shipping payments etc.) and for that reason should be avoided like the plague. I still haven't recieved items I have paid hundreds of dollars in shipping for. There are plenty of better proxy buying services out there that are trustworthy and which I haven't had issues with.”

I pre-order 6 digimon dim cards (2 x 3 set of the same type. the items are non-unique) from the same seller, placing order at the same time, buyee told me each of the dim card come on different packaging and I had to pay 250yen for EACH unit for consolidation fees. so I had to pay 1500yen on top of the shipping fees + 300 (flat fee per order) + 500 (a very expensive insurance fees).”

After paying for the item and special packaging fees i was shocked to be notified that i had to pay Usd $569 as shipping fees to USA for just one car fender.The do over size the box so thay can rip out from customers.
