“ Firstly our order came by truck delivery and when the guy opened the truck it wasn’t there so that delayed us another week. Then when they did deliver the bed they were supposed to bring two mattresses as it’s a trundle bed. Only one mattress arrived. Not good enough ”

It did arrive on that day,thankfully. There is a shelve missing from oven so again contacted customer service. They sorted it out and I am awaiting the shelve. ”
