Purchased a console table. It arrived well packaged and early. It is much better quality than expected after straight forward assembly aided by clear instructions. Would definitely recommend.

Customer "service" is a complete and utter joke. KEEP AWAY from these guys- They are all working from home now due to coronavirus? It appears like every other business out there now- their home phones and computers must use a "Slower Electric power source" ;(

Probably lost 500 euro with them. Sent back fridge and there is no answer when I will be refunded. Sending email almost every day - NO SINGLE answer. There is no chance to speak with customer service - nobody answer the phone, even if I call different time during a day (calling every day from 3 weeks). DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOU CAN LOST MONEY.

We purchased two TVs to be delivered to Ireland delivered on time I'm but to find the TVs are not working had to return took a long time to get any response second TV we was bought in November stopped working after 3 months and only now got a refund for the TV we but still no refund for us having to send it ourselves back to the UK customer service teams on the phone good service when you eventually get through very slow to respond to emails and great confusion on their side saying no emails were received for invoice of delivery back to the UK still waiting on a refund for us having to send the TV back our selves would not recommend this service to anybody

The whole process of ordering online was simple & easy to do, I am a big fan of the electriq range so everything was that brand, ordered based on a new kitchen refit. Delivery service was excellent, there were many different delivery companies that delivered to my home & all were top class & in particular the guy delivering for Moriarity's, went over & above in this current enviroment.

I would not recommend using Laptops Direct. I ordered a laptop from this company on 15 June last. It took them 3 days to inform me it was not available/in stock. As I needed a computer for work immediately, I cancelled the order and purchased one elsewhere. I am now waiting a month for a refund (they assured me on three separate occasions since 18 June that the transaction had been made) despite multiple phone calls and emails to various departments (account support, payments, customer service). I am not sure if it is merely incompetence on the part of this organisation or something more worrying, but I would be warn other consumers exercise caution when using this company. I am worried about ever getting my money back.

Waiting 10 days for a response on damaged coffee table, I understand that things are moving a bit slower but was advised maximum of 5 days. No response to emails sent and lines always busy.

I bought a cooker off this company in June for delivery on the 25th of June. It has not turned up and I have emailed them more times than I can count and no-one has answered the phone. I got an email back last week saying they were delighted that the problem is now solved!!!!!!!!!! I have no cooker and they have my money. THIS IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY.😡

Mistakenly ordered two extractor fans. Customer services were so helpful and told me just to refuse delivery of one extractor fan and it would be returned to them and refunded to me. I also received an email from them telling me to do this. Since I sent back the extractor fan I have heard nothing from buy it direct. I sent an emessage informing them I had returned the fan (as they asked me to do). I have since sent 4 more messages and tried phone and requesting a call back. No reply to any of my messages. Previously when contacting them they would reply straight away. I have received no refund now and that was 27th of May. I am so disappointed by the service. Unfortunately I had another larger order to place but do not feel confident to place now until I have a reply from them!

I've ordered/received 3 products with buy it direct Ireland over the past year now including during the lock down (we had to replace our fridge freezer). Have been satisfied with everything including delivery times. It always feels slightly risky purchasing online to me but so far, thankfully I haven't experienced any of the problems that I'm reading here as I go down through the reviews.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY Worst company ever bought a microwave. paid 15.99 for 5 day delivery 14days later and still no delivery after numerous emails and phone calls they are telling me my microwave has been delivered NO MICROWAVE DELIVERED MORE LIES If anyone from buy it direct is reading this can you please have some decency and refund my money or call me Richard

Ordered a phone and after hearing nothing for 2 weeks I emailed them about the delay. They reordered the phone to sort the problem and again nothing came in the post so after a total of 7 weeks since I bought it and numerous emails back and forth (takes roughly a week for a completely different person to respond to my emails) I'm still waiting on the refund that I asked for. I really regret buying from this company.

Very happy with my new smart tv! Arrived so fast, and I’m perfect condition. The price was absolutely amazing too! I also ordered a velvet pink office chair, just perfect aswell!

Ordered a BBQ and it arrived damaged. Took 7 phone calls and countless emails to get them to collect it. Replacement was also damaged and was promised collection today. Guess what, no collection as expected. Called their 7 days a week helpline at 2pm and it was closed!! It's a Monday and they close lines at 2pm? Nobody seems to know what's actually going on any time you call and they fill you full of lies. Not to be trusted, won't be a returning customer.
