My package has been held at customs for over a week now. This has never happened before. Normally if it goes through customs it’s there for a day tops. There is absolutely no movement and I am becoming worried and impatient. There has to be a way to get this moving.

The products I received had no effect. For a long term modafinil and armodafinil user I also didn’t taste the usual taste. It sucks as I hardly could afford it and went ahead to buy a 1.5 years supply for the discount.

I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. I placed an order for 100 pills, clearly specifying the exact brands, doses, and formulations that I needed. What did I get? 100 pills, yes, but of the wrong brand, dose, and formulation. Literally, the only thing they got right was the number of pills, everything else was completely wrong. When I reached out to customer support, their response was ridiculous. They claimed they reserve the right to change products due to stock issues, but here's the kicker: they didn't just change one item, they changed **everything** in my order! And to top it off, the medications I originally ordered are still available for purchase on their website. So clearly, this wasn’t about stock, or if it was, many others can find themselves in my situation. After multiple frustrating emails back and forth, they offered me a coupon for 30 pills of my choice on my next order. A joke, considering we're in this situation because my choice clearly doesn't matter to them, despite the fact that I’m the one paying. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is terrible, and they clearly have no regard for fulfilling orders accurately or ensuring their customers are satisfied.

Ok so it seems my other 1 star review has "disappeared" from here. not sure why.. A recent order I made came without hitch in about a week. The second order was a complete shambles. Oddly enough, the same thing happened about a year ago in that I ordered from them twice in around the space of a month - the first arriving without a problem and the second being a complete and utter mess so I don't know whether this is some sort of weird pattern they follow. My order took a good while to arrive despite me paying for their fastest Royal Mail delivery. When it did arrive it was short 30 pills which they're now refusing to send to me. They know the order was short too so it's not as though they think I'm making it up (like I'd waste more of my time with them). To make it worse the order was almost completely wrong in that I barely got the tablets / dosage I asked for. They've no interest in rectifying things and sending me what they owe me, they just keep telling me they don't send it here for free blah blah despite me telling them I've already paid for an order which they didn't fulfill properly. Their shipping costs are very high too so it's not as though they'd be 'out of pocket' as they overcharge by a huge margain. They also used to send product out in seperate paper envelopes within the actual package and they don't even bother doing that any more. Things to remember with these guys that I've learned after ordering from them a few times now : -They have NO CLUE of delivery times. They pretend they have but they're basically just processing an order and hoping for the best that it's shipped and delivered from some warehouse on time. They don't really have anything to do with it after they've forwarded the order on so it doesn't really matter which method you pick, they'll just take your money and hope by chance it's delivered in a timeframe that matches. -They're profoundly dishonest. Sure, this shouldn't be surprising with a company such as this but their "amenable" and "friendly" way of communicating can lead you into thinking they're 'one of the decent ones', 'ones to trust' etc. They aren't. Sure I recieved my product (or something like it) but they don't care if it's correct or if you get it in the time you've paid for. You're basically just paying them to forward an order onto an actual company that sells the product. - If some product is out of stock they'll just send you something similar. No warning, apology etc they'll let you order it from the website and then just throw in whatever they think is close to it (if at all). You'll never know if it's out of stock until you recieve your incorrect order. -They send out incomplete orders. This is mentioned above but it's important to remember. Don't be surprised if you just don't get a whole bunch of your pills. -If you send an enquiry about a delay in shipping, their generic 'it's been shipped' email is completely false. No date of posting, nothing. Just 'it's been shipped it'll be with you soon'. You'll then see when it was actually shipped when you get your notification. -Notifications are random. Sometimes you'll be notified of order progress sometimes you won't. Best of luck. -The people responding to you are completely incompetent. Again, they may seem nice and friendly but they literally can't understand shipping dates properly, logistics etc. They're honestly just absolutely unaware of the basic understandings of an order sometimes. It's as though you're asking a intoxicated person to do something and they keep either getting it wrong, forgetting what you've clearly asked them for, it's a pretty frustrating experience at times. -They'll waste hours of your time with bizarre / incorrect responses. Please see above. -The whole experience with these guys is pot luck. There's simply no other way to put it. Best of luck!

Well what a shame considering they seemed to deliver perfectly well last time. I have a rather odd experience with this company in that I'll place an order, they'll get it out to me in good time, I place a second and it's a complete and utter shambles. This has happened twice now so it's only fair to mention it. My recent order was both wrong, incomplete and late. My order was supposed to be sent express delivery Royal Mail 3-5 days and this is what I was charged for however it wasn't even shipped until 4 working days after my order being placed and paid for! I had to chase it up and contend with emails lying about it being shipped so you may well have "Jasmine" telling you it's been shipped but with no extra info because she's provably lying. I was sent the wrong product, both the one I ordered and the "free samples" and I was also short 30 pills (30!). I honestly don't know if it even would've been shipped when it was if I hadn't have sent a very displeased email about it. Not only have I had my time and money wasted, I'm also still down 30 pills! You'll notice other people mentioning the poor shipping and I can honestly say it's pot luck whether you'll get the delivery service you've paid for. Their shipping is ridiculously expensive as it is - in my case it was more expensive than my order and they still couldn't fulfill the time frame. So, have I received my order? Yes, partly but it's a complete roll of the dice with these guys. I think they believe that being disarming through very polite and apologetic responses when there's an issue will be enough to remedy the situation but it doesn't when they repeatedly screw orders up. I don't know whether they have a record of what's been physically packed in each order but zero attempts have been made to fulfill my missing product let alone offer some sort of good will gesture. It seems as though it's tough luck. If I remember rightly, they also used to send product out in separate paper envelopes inside the package but they don't even bother doing that any more. The shipping cost is absolutely disgusting considering they never really have any intention of fulfilling it to whichever method you've requested. Surely it's better to not offer a particular service if you can't provide it and avoid the complaints. I think they feel as though they're basically sending people refreshers and love hearts as opposed to prescribed medication. Do I still recommend them? I guess if you're in a bind but for the love of liza, order as SOON AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN and seriously consider your quantity as my last order has basically been a pick and mix.

They sent me the wrong product, which I bought for over a hundred euros. When I complained, they told me it wasn't available and offered me a discount on my next purchase. Instead of telling me that the product was unavailable, they sent me another one, which didn't suit me at all, and kept my money. Their 'help' was to give me a discount on my next purchase. Double dishonesty, getting me to buy from them a second time in order to 'win my case'. I should have been wary of their super-friendly website, which has animations and prices that are off the market, but once you've paid, with disproportionately high delivery charges, the total is more expensive than their competitors. Dishonest from start to finish.

I've ordered many times from them with no issue on time frame. Typically it takes a couple days for the order to process and then it's delivered to the shipper. Two different orders this time and processing has taken over 7 days. The first one was express mail overseas to the USA and the order was placed the first of the month. It took them 7 days to give it to the shipper, but I always expect these orders to take a month. The second order is where I would go elsewhere to buy domestic. It says 3 to 4 days priority. That means once they've shipped the item usps takes 3 to 4 days. It's been 7 days since I've ordered and all that has been created is a shipping label. Customer service keeps saying its shipped, so that should tell you the intellect of logistics they have. It's pretty obvious when the item is moving and not. International orders are slow but average, just don't do their domestic. It's not worth the money they are charging or go to another seller that holds up to their advertised time...

Did not deliver my order, almost 2 months. They stopped responding to emails when i asked for a refund. I've been asking for 2 weeks now. Gave me incorrect information on who they ship with or I never would have ordered, they lied took my money and now they wont respond to me. 250eur gone
