“I ordered a footmuff from on byggebo. The only minus was that the stock wasn't up to date and the product wasn't available. In the end I opted for the new season product which added €20 to the price. The customer service was helpful and quick and they got me my footmuff very fast once I decided on which one to go for. “I recently purchased a cybex car seat by phone from abroad. I got great advice on my purchase and I am very happy with my purchase. However due to a mistake in the warehouse my seat was dispatched by courier in spite of my request to collect it at the shop in Sandyford being noted and a collection appointment being made for me. This resulted in my having to travel a distance to collect it as I needed it on a specific day. The staff member I dealt with was very sorry about the situation and issued a voucher as an acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. A solution for the future might be the inclusion of an option “to collect in store” when making the payment online. This was not an option on this occasion thus making the error that happened in my case more likely as the only option seemed to be delivery. I pointed this out when I realised this was the only offered option. Hence the note on the order re store collection. My choice of Bygge Bo was primarily because it is an Irish company. I would consider purchasing other items there as the staff member I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful.”
“There was a mess up with the shipment and delivery of the items we've ordered. However, bygge bo customer service was on the ball to rectify the error and track what happened to my parcels. Also, one of my orders was changed due to unavailability. I wasn't notified about the changes until I noticed it and rang customer service. I wasn't given an option to cancel that order, they just replaced it without asking me. Its only a small issue, but still.”

The only reason I won t give 5 stars is because it took a month to receive my order.
Apparently, the black frame wasn t in stock, fact if which i wasn t aware when i did the purchase. Normally when something is not available, it is shown when you place the order. Customer service was very good. Despite of the fact that on the website says couple days till you receive the order( can t remember now how many honestly but up to a week or two max is the usual. I have waited a month) everything was according to the description.
After I have placed the order somebody from customer service called to tell me the black frame isn t available so I have to wait more for it to come.
They also replied very fast to my emails.
One more error on the website was the following : when i picked my colours, appeared 3 more products that i was supposed to get for free, I still have screenshoots from the order so I can try to add them here. I was called to say that, that was an error again.
Overall, products were as described, customer service okay, time to delivery pretty long.
Advice, u should update your website a bit.”

“I love byggebo and all the products that it offers. However, I was really disappointed about communication with regards the shipping of my orders. I never received any notification from byggebo or dpd for either delivery and was not at home to receive them. “The only company I could find that stocks the Little Dutch range. A little more expensive then buying direct but Little Dutch don’t ship to Ireland. So was happy to find Byggebo. Fast delivery and packaged well.”
