“It's ok. Fast delivery, gas heater is working. There was cosmetic dent on the item, but still is functional. I'm surprised top of the heater goes really hot. As will work mostly in the shed - is not critical. Nice to got discount card, so if I go to buy next hardware definitely I check Calor.”

“Yes the service was ok. But I did not realise that distribution for the whole of Ireland Is in Bangor Co Down which is in UK , but I did not have to pay import charges , because I paid in Euros, I forgot to put my full address on label ,but I put the Eire code on , but they Managed to deliver it to me promptly , they must have used Eirecode.ie !”

“Clear description of what the items did/suited/were for etc.. made it easier to buy. Prompt despatch and receipt. I felt the price reasonable and did not look around. Found it hard but not impossible to fit the tubing onto the valve stem.”

“I bought a gas heater from you and you didn't make it clear that the regulator isn't fit for use in Ireland, since they don't sell gas cylinders in Ireland. I had to go an purchase another regulator and fit it, then 2 weeks later you decided to send me an adapter for it. Bit disappointing.”

“Great service from Calor, product arrived within 48 hours. Online shop good too. Regarding the patio heater it seems to work pretty well but the instructions were atrocious ... references to nuts and bolts not included, nor ultimately required and including tiny and incomplete diagrams ... really poor ... just not good enough for a product costing €100's.”

“Hi, I recently bought a patio heater, the flame tower, it is lovely, it came quickly, well packed and is as nice in reality as shown on site..the only down side was that it had 4 wrong parts in it...the top 4 uprights were missing and 4 wrong size ones included....I rang and they sent out replacements quickly, which is a great service....but if I had really needed the heater for an occasion, it would have been so disappointing.... make sure you make up the heater when you get it...ahead of any planned ocassion in case you end up with the same problem..beautiful heater...I am pleased with it.”

This was a known error with a batch of the patio heaters and the supplier has sent out the parts to the customers as soon as we have told them. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
