“Great work from Glasgow Calumet yet again. Tommy responded to my requests and fulfilled my order swiftly and accurately whilst also giving helpful advice on an equipment dilemma, ensuring that I maximised my options with my available resources. “From my perspective I have been relatively happy until the autumn, although I did write an email some time ago after I recommended you to a company I work with and you forgot to include a memory card for an Atmos Ninja Blade. I also queried your price on the Ninja Blade as it is cheaper at many other outlets. I never heard back, very poor. There is more on a personal level, having been sent to your store in Wardour Street for what turned out to be the wrong item that I had been quoted for. That's another story. Ok, so whilst Sian from CPMS Ltd has been chasing you up, to my knowledge the memory card has not yet been received. Disappointing as we start shooting next week. There you go, I also buy from Wex amongst others and find their service better. Best Wishes Mick”

“I recently purchased a Manfrotto monopod & head on a great value deal from Calumet. Delighted with the product and it arrived before 9am the following day..........excellent service. I'm sure I'll be visiting them again for another purchase soon.”

“I ordered online on Christmas Day so wasn't looking for Calumet's usual next day service, however whilst the goods arrived safely about 5 days later I had no indication from Calumet when they had been despatched or when to expect delivery - this info would have been useful - whenever I used the online order tracker it told me the order was "in progress". Nonetheless the goods were extremely well packed and exactly as ordered. Bearing in mind it was Christmas, perfectly satisfied and will continue to buy from Calumet”

“I bought an expensive and VERY heavy printer which FedEx took to the wrong address and then gave it to a neighbour (of the wrong address). This was entirely due to the incompetence of the FedEx driver - the instructions on the label provided by Calumet were explicit and correct. At the close of play when the printer had not arrived at my address I phoned Calumet and spoke to Paul. He was exceedingly helpful, sympathetic and friendly. To quote ... "Don't worry - I've got your back". He phoned me back when he had some news, gave me his direct line number and he was there when I eventually traced the location of the package. Full marks for customer service! I should also say that Indira, whom I spoke with when I bought the the printer a couple of days earlier, was equally pleasant and helpful. Brilliant customer service all round.”

“Having ordered and payed for an item I received an email informing me it was out of stock. The Item in question was urgent so I sent an Email to complain.....I did not get a reply. The Item turned up a couple of weeks after I actually needed it. Very unhappy.”
