I have been a long time customer of the brand until I made the mistake of shopping the CK online store. The CK stores in my area had a fair amount of selections to choose from, but very few different sizes. I opted to try their online experience, it was worse. I picked a few items and realized very quickly that the size choices were very limited. I finally found a model that I currently wear, put two in my cart for checkout. When the two pairs arrived a few days later, I tried them on and they were much smaller than my previous jeans. Same size, same model. I took them back to my local CK store, only to be met with a rude sales clerk who yelled out as I walked through the door “WE DON’T TAKE ONLINE RETURNS” I approached the counter and asked why the rude greeting, she claimed “we get too many online shoppers trying to return here!” I left the store and proceeded to fill out the online return, printed the return label and sent them back through FedEx. CK confirmed the return a few days later and charged me a $10 return fee. Many other retailers have excellent policies for online/in store experiences. CK, you need to do better!!!

Received my new jacket today with a stain on it.😠😡🤬 Return policy says you have to pay your own shipping. 😡🤬👎 Never again to CK 😠😡👎

I ordered a belt, wallet and shoulder bag online. Alas, the bag was impractical with no zippers to secure items, wallet was hard leather - I can buy nice soft leather wallet of a higher quality from cheaper brands. To make it worse the belt was so thick it would not fit my trousers, so much for a fashionable brand. When I went to return/exchange the items at a physical store in Parramatta, I was told they do not do returns at CK stores. Hmm, why have the store then? It is a difficult company all around. Will not be shopping with them, there are many other better brands who look after their customers much better.

Run don't walk, such a pathetic company to deal with, I paid express posting and received notifications that it had been shipped but in reality it was still sitting in a warehouse. Think they might be heading for liquidation as their customer service just had a media safe statement to all our queries. Look at the reviews 81 percent one star review. Please don't purchase you will regret it as soon it doesn't arrive. This is the email and as at 23/12 I believe they hope it arrives by the 27th despite paying express shipping. Why oh why do you put branding on the postal boxes at Christmas. Partner answered the door guessed one of her nice surprises straight away. So frustrating. Who cares about your branding being on a postal box. Ffs

What a joke of a company, ordered a jacket, says to fit 44' chest, I'm 45' so think should be okay. When it comes I could fit another person in with me, so need to exchange for another size. But they don't do exchanges so I need to re-order, but it was in Black Friday sale, so think if I chat to them and explain they will honour the price, nope my fault apparently for there shocking sizing.

Three emails to them to ask for help for a broken strap on purse. Finally a response with a long list of things I needed to provide via email. I provided those details but still received and email saying they’re closing the dispute because they had not received the details they requested. I resent,again, those details. Wish me luck. Very disgruntled and disappointed.

They don’t replace missing parts as grommets, eyelets, and it’s hard to replace for something else because all the metals in they clothes come with “ Calvin Klein “ stamped on it, so the answer I received from them is : buy another shirt to replace the damage one 😠

Scammers 1 star is even to many for them. No delivery and subsequently no refund . no contact because site no longer exists Lost almost 60 euro,s to them.

The worst customer behavior, Employee Sahil working at banjara hills store is totally unprofessional. I received a coupon of birthday month and in the message it was clearly mentioned to visit the store before April 19th and avail the benefit. After selecting a t-shirt i asked him check the points for the same and he didn't mention about the points not there on the number and directly debited and later he mentioned that points were visible and totally blamed the customer and when asked to return the money not points he said its not in the company policy and in the store he mentioned by tomorrow 6th April i will get our money back but later he called and put the blame on the customer and cut the call in the middle and after that he is not answering calls. Calvin klein employee is behaving like he is working in some roadside cheap shop there was a valid coupon and he was not able to see points at the time of purchase and later he's saying its reflecting what kind of cheap behavior is this and totally blaming the customer even one star is waste.

I'd give zero stars if I could! I will never, ever spend another dollar at Calvin Klein. I ordered 6 pairs of underwear. They never arrived. Somehow, they ended-up in a city a couple of hours away and never moved from there. I contact Calvin Klein to resolve. They WILL NOT reship a new order! They WILL NOT refund your money! The ONLY option the guy kept offering, "...if I choose to accept it...", is a gift card sent to me via snail-mail. Once I receive that, I'll have to go through the reorder process myself. I told the guy that it was weird to keep saying, "if I choose to accept a gift card, they'd send one out". I told him, how is that a choice? You telling me it's a gift card or nothing, is NOT a choice. So of course, I accepted a gift card. Turns out, you can't use the gift card online, nor in any department store! You can only use it in a brick and mortar Calvin Klein store. The nearest store to me is hours away. So, I'm out $100 Calvin Klein ripped me off for $100 They've kept my money, they delivered no product, and they gave no way to resolve the issue. No refund, no reshipping of the order....just a gift card that I can't use.

Went to Calvein Klein in Harbour town outlet and there is a sign saying sign up now to receive 10% off. So I signed up in the store and took the items to the counter then to be told I couldnt have the discount as I had to wait 24 hours. This is an absolute rip off. I would avoid this promotion at all cost. Most other branded stores I have done his deal with do the sign up immediately process to get am immediate discount. Dont waste your money buying Calvin Klein products.

SACS CALVEIN KEIN DÉCEPTION! La marque ne se soucie pas de sa réputation, pourquoi moi je le ferai? J'ai été gentille de ne pas publier avant de les contacter. Voir photos sur Instagram, Facebook........ J'habite en Suisse et c'est la 1ère fois que j'achète la marque Calvein kein, un sac à Manor Lausanne cette fin d'été. Deux mois après j'ai remarqué des déchirures, la couture s'est détachée aux poignets, des déchirures du similicuir. Quand j'ai contacté le service clients pour avoir une adresse e-mail, ils ont nié que la seule adresse email de Calvein kein c'est le formulaire de compte. J'ai des photos, plus facile par rmail, alors j'ai cherché et j'ai trouvé une adresse en fait celle de ce service clients! Ils m'ont demandé plein de informations- lisez leur emails dessous- Pour m'informer que ils refusent de rembourser. Je n'ai jamais vu un manque de respect pareil, j'avais demandé que ils transmette ma réclamation à un supérieur au siège, j'ai posé la question au moins 3 fois par email. MAIS LE SERVICE CLIENTS NE REPONDAIS PAS, INGORAIT MA QUESTION!

Mocht NIET geruild worden voor M omdat de plasticzak open was gemaakt . Hoe kan hij 'm anders passen !!!!!! Nogmaals !!!! Alle kaartjes zaten er nog aan . Anyone purchasing NEW ITEMS FROM CK STOP IMMEDIATELY. YOU buy new items and they send you OLD and pass collection items. Customer service does not even have the decency of applying a late discount on your order that should have been sent when you sign up to their misleading email and nonsense FAKE discount codes. BAD BAD BAD

Such a waste of time and money!!! I purchased as a gift on Cyber Monday because of the deals, my nightmare begins here. After 5 days my order wasn't shipped yet, I called. The Customer Service rep told me there was an delay or something in the system. Anyways, 1 day later I received an email saying that it was shipped, I was following up the tracking number and after 3 days they stated that it was delivered on Dec 9 3:45pm - front door. I was at home! No package, no carrier, no nothing! I called again. The CS rep said that sometimes the carrier says it was delivered when it wasn't because they cannot delay or something like that. And she told me to wait 3 business days and they would make the delivered. So, I waited. No package, no carrier, no nothing. I told her that I don't want the refund because It is a gift and I want the products because I won't be able to find again with the same price I purchased and she spoke with the manager and they told me if I don't receive my package after waiting 3 business days they would resend me the products. So I sent them this email and nothing. I called today spoke with Amy (worst CS service rep.) and asked to talk with the manager, I waited 20min on the phone to teach Caroline, the supervisor, how to open a claim with the carrier, how to speak with a customer. This is ridiculous I'm so disappointed. NEVER EVER ORDER ONLINE!!!!! CALVIN KLEIN SUCKS!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

my item was meant to be delivered within 3-5 working days. i bought the item over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I had this issue a few months ago when i bought something else from them, it did arrive eventually but it took around a month.
