order sub box an subwoofer all though it were 10inch box an sub the speaker would not fit in the box which is a bit strange so I ended up having to get tool out to sort it

I was bought a radio as a Christmas present, it was faulty, after some time speaking to two members of staff ( a bit long winded, I was sent the information to return the radio, I was asked for a range of information to send with it, ie- receipt, buyer’s details and return address details, this I sent along with email address, and phone number So the item was replaced? but was not returned to me (delivery address) but the purchaser, who lives 200 miles away from me, several weeks ago I wrote to customer service about the sorry situation as they could not use a bit of common sense, but as yet ,received no reply, so this is my review, I would not use this company as after sales appears to be very poor this review is not by the purchases but by the recipient of the radio

Recieved items ordered inside undamaged box, however one box inside was damaged with a big hole it it which had hit the brand new subwoofer inside and left a mark on the cone, this was obviously a known issue before sending and the speaker was not checked before sending as all seals were in tact on the box... I expect brand new undamaged items and good customer service even when packing... i managed to clean off most of the cardboard box mark, so hoping its not actually damaged the sub itself... if when I try it it's not 100% I will be requesting a new one.... other than this was happy with service and delivery... just can't believe you would send out a speaker with a damaged box which had clearly hit the actual cone of the speaker... not that happy that I jow have to worry about the state of the sub and knowing its not an issue I have caused...

I received a different part from the one I ordered. It was similar and, according to the vendor, was an upgraded model. I would have expected communication about this in advance. They did offer to refund part free of delivery costs when I complained.

Dissatisfaction! Ordered part as it stated it would be delivered within 3 working day, after paying and 48 hours later I recieved an email that V the item will be up to 14 days . They issued a refund but that’s going to take 4 days before it goes into my account .

All items seem good, although still have to fit them. One niggle thought is that one item, a facia kit, was subsequently out of stock. This only came to light when it was missing from the shipping notification email. Would have been useful if that was realtime when the order was made as I had to cancel that one item to source it from elsewhere.

The Kenwood KDC-BT460U CD/USB-Receiver with Built-in Bluetooth is just what I wanted, smart looking, cd, radio, usb,Bluetooth streaming / calling. Fantastic 😃 I placed my order on Thursday at 15.45 paid for next day DPD delivery @ £9.99 and my order was with me by 09.30. So very good dispatch and delivery. 👍 But if you need to get a response from Car Audio Centre forget it. They don't notify you of dispatch, and if you email they don't answer. Which is why, I only gave then 3 stars. Very poor communication/ customer service, well actually no customer service at all. The Kenwood radio is a definite 5stars. Would definitely recommend 👌 👍

One of the products turned out not to be available and the other which was in stock took around 10 days to arrive. There was no reply to either of my emails so availability, delivery time and communication could have been better but the pricing and product were very good

Placed an order for my sons 18th and was told it was all in stock and would arrive before his birthday. After receiving no communication, I called to chase the order, guy I spoke to was very rude and told me that some items were out of stock. However he could send the stereo out on his birthday, after expressing my disappointment he replied “well people don’t normally fit their stereo on their birthday??? ( I replied “what a ridiculous comment to make”, I then said will it definately arrive on his birthday, to which he replied “well yeah if the depot is not snowed in or flooded” he was obviously just a very rude person with no consideration or care for my purchase, He was missing the point that I actually wanted it for him to open on his birthday!!! He was the most rudest person in customer services I have ever dealt with. There was no need for his sarcasm after me spending £600 I wI’ll think twice about using them again in the future!!!

Initial purchase experience was fine. Order product online, gets delivered in specified time frame. However harness I ordered was not the same one I purchased. Called support, they asked me to email help@ email address. Had no response. Emailed again asking for response, still no response. Emailed a 3rd time.. Guess what... yup, no response 😪

Product works well in my sisters new Ford Fiesta. However I was really disappointed and surprised that it arrived in just a plain cardboard box with no manufactures display sleeve saying what the cd player does and there was no set up instructions so giving this as a present was not very good and looked cheap. Also free gift of a mobile phone holder was all damaged and had been clearly used before.

4 months delay had to return first unit would not work replacement was a long time getting here little communication from supplier extremity disappointing even the set up did not go well not a pleasant experience

Quality and performance if the product gets 4 to 5 stars! The delivery via DPD was shocking (left in doorstep in full view of main road) and the installation instructions were so limited I first was convinced I’d been sent the wrong product and almost sent it back! With a little more thought and effort on the sellers behalf this review could have been glowing. In reality I may look elsewhere for similar products next time.

Service was good but items ordered were not in stock ,so order stated item would be delivered in 3/4 days, took nearly 2 weeks and I had to agree to different speakers or it would have been longer Staff were helpful in offering me an alternative product ,but web site should have stated items were not in stock and dilivery would be delayed ,also I had to contact them to find out what had happend after a week ,otherwise wait time would have been longer

Need to be careful as they will change the advertised price when stocks run out. Took my order and money then said it was out of stock. When I looked on the website a day later the price had increased by £161! Fortunately when I got it delivered about 3 weeks later they sold at the original price
