“Worst customer service! I had a large fraudulent transaction on my account and instead of helping and STOPPING the payment they did NOTHING! I am getting rid of this card and will go back to using my bank.”

“I am a victim, few months ago I made some financial mistakes by investing in this wrong crypto currency broker. “Wish I could give this a no star or a negative star!! No surprise customer service is overseas!! Absolutely useless people they have working for them!! All you get is we are so sorry we are so sorry we are so sorry but we are so sorry but we are so sorry but!! Absolutely disgusting and horrible!! Do not let them have your money you will not get it back!! I had a pending transaction I wanted them to stop a payment on from an unauthorized user they said there was nothing they could do and it would take me up to 2 months to get my money back!! They don't care because they don't understand they just read off a script and all it tells them to do is apologize profusely lol!! They would rather be reactive than proactive!! Zero f's given!! However they are good for one thing making you feel better about yourself!! They like to give positive affirmation and tell you how sorry they are 🤣🤣but they still can't/won't do anything else!! Good luck!!”

“I just recently purchased the One debit card. I put money on the card went online registered it activated it. And I just tried to use it. I cannot use the card. So I called customer service. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I kept asking are you there are you there no response at all. So into the darkness I stated I am not hanging up I need assistance. The gentleman finally after 16 minutes came back online said you can use it for any purchases or anything and you have a good day and he hung up. I still cannot use this card. Stay away from this card. Do not use this card. If you want to throw your way your money roll it up and use it as a match to light your cigarette. You'll get more pleasure out of it that way”

“They are holding $78.56 on my card and according to electronic transaction corporate office at 1-479-277-2643 (Kathleen) said for walmart store # 07156 They have no pending charges and it is a mistake on one card side. One card associates are unhelpful and treat card holders like garbage if you are trying to dispute a pending charge that was never authorized! One card is playing with people's money! The money is insured so now it's just the inconvenient process of waiting and filing a complaint against one card if the money is not returned! Sadly I'm pretty sure one card is a part of walmart? This should not be that hard to fix!”

“I have not had access to any of my founds for 2 weeks they won't even let my direct debt go out and to make the matter worse they don't even want to communicate evey time i ring they say they cant discuss my bank! Then who can is the question anybody who is using this service needs to be aware of what they will do I banked with them 1 years no issues now all based of a pack if lies they frozen my account with my money return the money that i had received and the scammer got the goods he paid for and his money back with this scam bank card money i give them the tracking number its now been delivered. I would never ever recommend this so called bank that's being promoted FROM ISRAEL. I Can't wait to get what's mine back and tell these dirty dogs to go to hell where they belong. Go on YouTube and look where the adverts posts for card one money are being hosted from.”

“One of the worst banks ever, I beg you do not go with car one money. I have literally just opened up account had money coming in from the jobs that we carried out and they have blocked my account no access to my funds. They needed all sort of evidence which I supplied them with, such as Bank stamens, invoices, receipts etc. it’s been going for more than 2 weeks I have told them I have wages to pay and that they have everything they need and they still left me like that even if I threatened them with legal action still nothing. I eventually had to stop my business and all my employees quit as they didn’t receive there money in time.”

“I have the one card though my work place. No fees and early pay but terrible customer service. Altogether they have taken over 100.00 by refusing to refund my money because I was hacked. They contacted me by text to ask if I was hacked. I replied no didn't authorize the purchase. Froze card. Also they round up your purchases and put money in savings automatically. I transferred my money to my checking account then afterwards the money from savings disappeared. Bad Bad customer service.”
