Worst card company in the world. Signed up to a 2year contract wanted to cancel and it's changed into a 5yr contract.Guy rushed the whole process of getting the machine 2 months prior to when I needed it but he would not stop pestering me. I've been with them 26 months and they are trying to charge me £668 cancellation when I did not agree to 5 months. I have asked for call recording but apparently they don't keep call recordings.. how convenient. Please don't do what I did and sign up with this company it's a joke.

Went with our first contract with card saver, had several companies approach me since signing up, price was not even close and the service cant be beaten. We recently moved bank & it was a seamless experience. We have since opened 2 new branches and yet again Dom made the process so simple as well as setting us up on EPOS system for our new business, although a shakey start (all from the epos side) Dom & his team jumped into help. Dom has really helped us as a new business so much & could not recommend him and his team enough Thanks Independent Site Supplies

Conned into a five-year contract when I verbally asked for 2 by being guided to sign an online form by Sales representative My Business closed due to covid and now asking for £1500 to cancel after 2 years. They say they record all phone calls conveniently don’t keep they’re sales calls Avoid at all cost

AVOID THESE LIARS!!!! This company are scam artists that promise you £1000+ in yearly savings which are not true! I tried to use them for 4 days and each day I had problems and still had to use my original payment provider! I then received my first statement and they were more expensive! I told them I wanted to cancel and they sent me a £3000+ cancellation fee! I told them this would put me out of business, I also told them this is mine and my wife's only source of income and we were expecting our first child and that this was causing us a lot of stress and worry but they did not care! I will not be paying them another penny! If they were confident in what they offer they would not need to tie you in to such lengthy contracts! There are many similar reviews and I believe they will be looked into in the near future! They are unlawfully tieing people into lengthy contracts with false promises and figures! No cooling off period either.... This is not legal practise! So please read the reviews and you will be shocked with what you read, sadly I did not do this because what I was told on the phone and received in an email looked like it would be massively beneficial to my struggling business. TO THE MANY THAT HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF PLEASE GET IN TOUCH SO WE CAN JOIN TOGETHER AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY! CONTACT ME AT... hello@thehouseofdough.com

Fusion Tattoo Blackpool DO NOT TOUCH. I dont even understand what contract was signed nor how long it lasts for, in March 22 they sent me a letter saying they had terminated the contract but they STILL SEND ME INVOICES...... Once your signed up you cannot get away unless charges are paid even when you did not need the machine and nor is it being used. BAD BAD BAD when you contact them over their website to not even get a reply LIKE HELL WILL I Pay them

Con-artists. Worst company i have ever dealt with. They swindle you into ridiculously long contracts, with hidden charges, provide faulty machines. Honest just avoid. Terrible from day one.

Called to ask for help with a card machine charger. Mine had decided not to work so called to ask for a new one. Spoke to a gentleman named Paul Morrison who was extremely helpful and the problem was dealt with straight away. The new charger arrived within 48 hours and I had a follow up call to see if everything had arrived and if all was working now. Thank you

Had a problem with my card save terminal phoned them the problem was sorted quickly Paul morrison from card save phoned me back later to check the terminal was still OK Great service

I have just terminated my contract with them!! after 9 month never been happy with their service there was always an issue!! in the contract there’s a £500 cancellation fees now they send me a final invoice with £1,086.00!!! Absolutely disappointed with my experience

Horrible company to deal with, bullies. After business shut down they have presented me with over 1000 fees, and still keep on going to add up monthly charges. Avoid at all costs!!! Even when I tried to sort problem out, nobody listened, they said they will take.mpnthly payment from card, and I said I never had card ending in those numbers, they wouldn't let me give my card!!! I guess thst is just to add up extra charges why else. Company I needed to transfer money to, bank said account doesn't match the name... so.ething fishy going on here. Like everyone feel made to give one star as they don't deserve any!

I'd prefer Zero stars! We signed a contract for two EPOS till systems after being harassed with repeated phone calls and a verbal time limited special offer which was never put in writing. The first one never worked properly and after months of endless phone calls & emails they said it was faulty. The agreed to terminate the contract but only for the first till, not the second. Three solicitors have looked at the contract agreement (which is for 5 years not the 2 agreed verbally) and all say if it's terminated for one then it apples to both as there is only one contract. We obviously do not want the second till based on the experience with the first. We have been threatened with debt collectors (who have no more powers that Card Saver to 'collect' the debt) for £8000 for the supposed cost of the contract. No correspondence is in correct legal terms, they do not follow correct procedure for complaints and their threats are empty ones. I recommend holding your nerve and not paying any sums they threaten you with. Get legal advice. We initially had high levels of anxiety and stress and now just archive any emails they send with invoices for services we are not receiving and also their emails threatening us with debt collectors. If we are taken to court by them we will win; should we lose (which we won't because their claims are invalid) it would then go to a County Court Judgement which would be passed on to bailiffs for any failed payments. We would also appeal. At no stage before this can they force you to pay. DON'T give in to them, they are a dreadful company and thrive on threats.

Keep away from this company those are all fake promise. Make sure you read what you sign they say one thing and deliver different. I have a small restaurant and only needed one machine with 35 seats i was delivered two contracts. Same time they put till rolls on top which I never ordered. Be careful be careful they do not negotiate to resolve the problem.

If you want to get ripped off please go to card saver. Customer service is terrible once you've signed the contract that they fill in themselves to ensure they snare you. Beware completely right
