“They totally misled me. They then also charged a lot more than was in my written contract too! I got so frustrated with them in the end I just stopped paying their ridiculous bills. I now have a CCJ which will ruin my credit rating for 6 years!

“Dhey are by far the worst lying scamming company I have every dealt with. In December 2019 I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and with in 6 weeks I had to close my business and have a an emergency surgery to save my life. I had my whole lung removed and my windpipe shaved. I had to produce all proof of what was happening and that I did 8n fact have my lung removed with all hospital paper work. They said it was my problem I had cancer and that they was still providing a service and i had to still pay. Then covid hit in March and they said they was help customer. I never got any help from them. They would not release my from my contract and I to keep paying for the last 3 years. As it turns out I was mislead a contract of 2 years to 5 years. When my contract came to end they still took payment out and Evo d9d aswell. I am still chasing for the refund. I th3n got a call promising they would take care of me with a new contract and because of what's happening. I could have a machine with everything for the cost of £18 per month. They have mislead me again and I have a coma9ny called trust dipping in my account as and when they like.
DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY..

“Well, I had an absolute terrible service with this company from the minute we joined all we’ve had is all they’re interested in is your money that Customer service is terrible no one ever get back to you when you make a complaint, and no one seems to care for their quick enough for taking your direct debit. I must’ve spoken to Lorraine about nine times but no one ever brings you back. She’s a nice lady, but got a job to do and basically treat your customers like poo.”

“People in UK, trust me card savers are thieves and they thrive and extort on small businesses like mine. The card terminal they supplied me broke and for over 6 months can't get a replacement but still keep changing me £25 a month since November 2022 till date which am still without a terminal. They asked me to take off the back of the terminal and obtain some details then they turned around to blame me for tampering the machine. Am being billed £892 for it, and when I tried to query it, they passed it to bailiffs. My credit that is taken me years to build has been destroyed again by these Scammers. I don't understand why the authorities let these scavengers get away with extortion and break small companies like mine like that. I need help to straighten this Scammers out. I won't stop here, ever. I was passed from pillar to post for months. When you call card saver for any questions they send you to their partners in crime called EVO. Never ever helpful, all interested in taking money don't care if you're happy or not. They have a branch too in MK which most of the time they sound like they are constipated on the phone, never helpful.
What a disgraceful company to work for, all of you should be ashamed working for such company, especially the management team. I hope that you choke on your breakfast and die one by one.”

Because my daughter hadn't used the Card reader within 60 days wasn't told of this when signing up as told the sales person she didn't have Broadband yet set up at the shop Even though she had paid the monthly contract each month they cancelled her contract for no useage and now demanding £1400 within 7 days even when she got broadband the Card reader wouldn't work! Apparently this is on the small print! When you sign up. Has totally upset her being a young vulnerable girl trying to start her own business they should be ashamed of themselves!!”

Signed up to a 2year contract wanted to cancel and it's changed into a 5yr contract.Guy rushed the whole process of getting the machine 2 months prior to when I needed it but he would not stop pestering me. I've been with them 26 months and they are trying to charge me £668 cancellation when I did not agree to 5 months. I have asked for call recording but apparently they don't keep call recordings.. how convenient.

This company are scam artists that promise you £1000+ in yearly savings which are not true!
I tried to use them for 4 days and each day I had problems and still had to use my original payment provider!
I then received my first statement and they were more expensive!
I told them I wanted to cancel and they sent me a £3000+ cancellation fee!
I told them this would put me out of business, I also told them this is mine and my wife's only source of income and we were expecting our first child and that this was causing us a lot of stress and worry but they did not care!
I will not be paying them another penny!
If they were confident in what they offer they would not need to tie you in to such lengthy contracts!
There are many similar reviews and I believe they will be looked into in the near future!
They are unlawfully tieing people into lengthy contracts with false promises and figures!
No cooling off period either.... This is not legal practise!
So please read the reviews and you will be shocked with what you read, sadly I did not do this because what I was told on the phone and received in an email looked like it would be massively beneficial to my struggling business.

DO NOT TOUCH. I dont even understand what contract was signed nor how long it lasts for, in March 22 they sent me a letter saying they had terminated the contract but they STILL SEND ME INVOICES......
Once your signed up you cannot get away unless charges are paid even when you did not need the machine and nor is it being used.
BAD BAD BAD when you contact them over their website to not even get a reply
