“DO NOT use this company they are not US based and are scammers!!! I placed an Order on March 19 for a product they claimed to have IN STOCK and when I didn't receive it by the guaranteed date I emailed to inquire. They replied they didn't have the product and couldn't get it. I requested a refund immediately on April 9, 2020. Then they send another email stating I could choose another product or request a refund. I emailed back stating I already request a refund and to refund immediately. On April 20, 2020 I received another email stating that it would take a maximum of 14 days to process the refund. All of these emails came from different email addresses. It is now May 8, 2020 and still no refund. Another email today from yet a different email address stating per their websites refunds take 14 days. They keep prolonging their response to drag out refunding you money. If the money is not refunded back by May 11,2020 I will follow up with reporting as fraudulent and with the BBB.”

“If I could give no stars I would placed order got conformation. 1 month later no order wasn't to bothered the way things are at the moment. A few weeks later still nothing sent several e-mails eventually got reply. I replied a full refund please,on the 16th April will nothing 6 of may now seems I'm blocked. Stay well away but a valuable lesson learned”

“Ordered hand sanitizer GEL end of March received my package yesterday May 6, and it was a liquid which smelled like rubbing alcohol. This company is a scam not consumer friendly. Products sent are not what ordered, just send you items which are not even close to what you ordered. Stay clear of this company.”

“Disgusting, disgraceful thieves. The order I placed on 10th March was supposedly being delivered on 31st March, then 10th April, then they claimed it had been lost and would refund within 14 days. Now, in May, there is no response from them whatsoever and no refund. Had I seen these reviews earlier, I never would have ordered from them. Take heed, avoid this company like the plague. They are thieves and scammers.”

“I ordered a Piz Buin sunscreen on 3/23/20, and received it today, 5/6/20. When I didn’t receive a tracking intitially, I emailed them, and they did respond with a tracking number. They sent it 4/1/20. It got to the United States on 4/15/20. It appeared to be stuck, and I emailed them about it, and did not receive a response to that email. However, I read complaints about customs in a Chicago taking forever, dating back to 2008, so I assumed that with the virus it might take even longer. However, once it moved out of customs after sitting there for 2 1/2 weeks, it was here 2 days later. My item was bubble wrapped, and the tube was sealed. It arrived in perfect condition, actually. 6 weeks is a long time to wait for something, though. Next time I will probably try to find a US seller.”

“Ordered on March 3rd Paid for express shipping. they said shipped on the 11th of March. Never arrived. I cancelled. I have sent 23 emails and have revived two replies “14 days for refund” it’s now May 6th and no refund. SCAM shocking”

“I placed my order April 22, with an expected delivery of May 6 or 7. I decided to look up some reviews of the website after I had already placed my order, and found a ton of low reviews, of people saying they never received their orders, or got the wrong thing, etc. I was kind of nervous, but I couldn't see a way to cancel my order, so I just decided to wait and see. I got an email that it was being prepared to ship, and the next week or so I would check the shipping number to look for any updates. I ended up getting my package May 4, two days earlier than they had told me in the beginning. Included was a little sheet of paper explaining the situation - how their manufacturers are overwhelmed because of COVID-19, and that they were finding it impossibly to supply some products that were for sale on their website, like hand sanitizer. I had ordered some hair dye, shampoo, and a hair oil. No masks or sanitizers or anything like that. Based on that, I kind of feel like most of these angry reviews are from people trying to buy hand sanitizer or whatever online (even though soap actually works better than sanitizer, but whatever). As of right now, I actually can't find hand sanitizer on their website anymore. TLDR; If you're just looking to order normal stuff that you would normally order from Carethys, go for it. I had no problems at all, and actually received my order earlier than estimated. If you're looking to buy masks or hand sanitizer, look somewhere else. Or just buy soap.”

“Theives. Ordered something back in January, had the money taken only to be told “no longer in stock, no date for getting stock” hrmm ok, ill take a refund then. 14 business days for the refund.. seems a long time but ok. Made contact again in april as still have received no refund. “We had a processing issue and IT are working through it” sure, contacted two weeks later, same issue 🙄 its now May; GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YOU THIEVES! I wish I’d read reviews before ordering from you as i never would have. Do not order from them!”

“This is a fraud company. i have placed an order and when they failed to deliver i cancelled. i have never got my refund back and it has been a month. after several emails they claim they have a system failure thus the delay of refund but this is fraud. i was delayed to start my medicine and had to buy it somewhere else and i still didn't get my money back DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM”

“My order never progressed past processed, even though they said it had been sent. The order progress never changed. I requested my money back. After many emails and finally threatening to contact their directors i get a reply. They said it would take 14 days. After 20 days they told me that there was an IT issue ongoing and they would let me know ASAP. After 30 days they said it is all good it is being done as per the 14 day promise. I told them it has been nearly 45 days. No answer. Dishonest and a scam site. AVOID!!”

“I would put -100 stars but unfortunately it doesn’t exist. I made an order 3 months ago, they told me that the product is not in stock and they said I will get a refund. 3 months later still haven’t received a refund and no response. The worst webshop ever!!!!”

“***Do not buy from this site.*** Ordered hand Sanitiser on the 8th of March and was told delivery would be 20th - 23rd of March. It was shipped on the 31st but then it was back in Spain on the 14th of April, according to the tracking. I can’t get anyone to reply to my emails now. As I have paid for goods that have not been received, I am entitled to a refund - of course this isn’t happening either. Buyer beware - you probably won’t get your goods and won’t get a refund either.”
