SCAM! waited 2 months for my product and didnt receive it! they didnt care wanted to send me something similar and then they sent me half of my order and they didnt refund me the rest! NEVER USE IT AGAIN

Hi order number BIU-ZA-210208131129989. I've placed my order on 8th February 2021 and already paid, never received a confirmation email. When I try to track my order it says that the email does not match the order number. Delivery would have been between 15 and 24 February but I have no idea what is happening. I would like to know if my order has been processed or shipped already. They do not respond to any emails. Can you please assist me in this matter.

Order PHA-NO-2009171512368ac. I ordered a product which is no longer in production. I was promised a refund in no more than two weeks. That was October 3. Five months later, still no refund!! Wrote again yesterday, receive the exact same standardized «apology», promising me once again a refund within no more than 14 days. Any reason I should believe you this time?

Product ordered not available so asked for refund, after many emails and a promise of a refund nothing received, very disappointed with company would never deal with them again, am reporting company at end of week after giving then 7 more days to deal with my refund. Buyer beware

Ik wacht op mijn bestelling sinds oktober 2020, 26 tube styling creme pourkarite. Of wil ik mijn geld terug. Waarom heeft carethy geen contact nummer? Waarom krijg ik geen antwoord van carethy? Ik ga bij politie aangifte doen tegen oplichten van jullie oplichterinsysteem. Het is zeer slechte bedrijf. Ik heb zeer slechte ervaring bij jullie bedrijf.

Ordered two hair dyes a month ago, they told me they weren't available and that they would send them in a months time. I have tried repeatedly to contact them via email and on their online form but they never answer. I am starting to feel as if I have been scammed.

I canceled my order at 18.01.2021 becouse the product I ordered was unavailable. They asked if I want to choose other product - I said no thank you. On friday 05.02.2021 I should have my refund andddd I still dont have it. Customer Service is saying something about technical incident on payment platform every time I send reminding email - thieves :(

I ordered an expensive item not too long ago I think I spent 168 euro and i haven’t received my items yet. I want my money back now. The customer service has been so bad and I’ve been seeing terrible reviews of them online. Please give me my money back. I recommend buying from this site.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I just wish I had read reviews before buying from them. I ordered and paid for shampoo on January 3rd. When February came and no parcel I emailed to find out what was happening. They did answer immediately to say that the item wasn't even in stock and they didn't know when it would be (it is still advertised as for sale on their site!) Did I want an alternative or cancellation. I said that I was very unhappy they hadn't bothered to let me know and said I wanted a refund. I had no response to that. So far I have emailed every......single....day. No refund and no response. I will keep pursuing my refund but I highly recommend that nobody uses them. Terrible service.

I placed an order January 18, Carethy took money but never sent me any email confirmations. I tried emailing them numerous times but I never get any response. Also when I put in the order number it claims it doesn't exist. So I have no idea what's happening. All i know is don't trust this company. I lost $80 just like that.

Hello, I came here because after several emails and 8 months later I haven't gotten my refund, yet. Don't buy any product from this place, they're scamming many people who also have the same problem. On May 21 I ordered one shampoo and 1 conditioner, I paid 59.06€ for both products. Suddenly the sencond week of June my package was returned back to them. I didn't get any notification, so I had to write an email and ask what happened. Then they replied explaining that the package was unable to be deliver, and that my refund will be processed within the next 14 days. However, the refund was not effective. After other emails, they indicated that the platform suffered a technical incident and apparently (8 months later) they are still working to solve the issue. I need my money back!

On 10/1/2021 i made an order that on tracking shows that is delivered to my but i haven't received anything yet. I contacted the courier and they said to me that the product has been shipped in totally different address within Netherlands. I double checked the address that i placed the order and it was totally correct. So i tried to contact Carethy and telling them that they have shipped my order in wrong address and i got no response. I assume i got robbed 68€. I won't let it like that
