They have offered me mandatory paint protection worth approximately as far I remember £ 300 g then I never received paint protection .Any time I ask them they said it should be sent to you within 14 days.
When I check how much they have charge me for finance is shocking . Finance fee is £1346.

“Upon calling to get finance, they were quick to get me into a car. Further to that they have been absolutely useless and extremely rude on the phone. Upon having issues with my, new to me, car. They haven’t done anything to help resolve the situation as they promised. I raised a complaint nearly 4 months ago and is still ongoing. “very poor service - avoid like the plague
My partner is currently having a terrible time with this company. He bought a Peugeot which turned out to be faulty and it was returned to the dealer the same day. Car finance 247 has been nothing but unhelpful in the situation of trying to put things right.
All he wants is a car so he can get to work without having to pay for cabs etc, he’s a disabled man with a blue badge and they still couldn’t care a less.
We’ve called repeatedly for the last week to be promised call backs that never happen, excuse after excuse and it’s not good enough. The unnecessary stress this is causing both of us not acceptable.
When you can rectify the issues your causing then maybe I’ll delete this review and put something a little more positive

Communication was eventually made and from what the finance company (autolend) have said it seems car finance 247 have now sabotaged the finance application causing a decline. We are now back to square one of not having a car.

“False advertisements. On auto trader found the car I was keen on speaking about. The advert said finance available from these clown shows of a finance company. Gave the rough monthly cost etc etc. Go through everything you need to fill in for a more accurate personalised quote and then they say oh the vehicle has to be no older than 2014. The finance quote was for a 2010 plate motor. I sent screenshots via the what's app convo with the manager person and said why advertise that they offer finance if they don't on older cars. Needless to say I haven't bothered taking out finance with them.”
