“From the minute I walked in at the reception I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease which is unusual for me in car showrooms let alone in the current midst of a pandemic. Considering I didn't know what kind of car to get Mr Chris Mitchell done a first class job of finding out what my needs were then showing me around and suggesting different types of car, his manner, professionalism and knowledge were second to none. What an extremely pleasant experience I had choosing my new car which is just perfect for my needs so a massive, well deserved thank you to Mr Chris Mitchell. I will definitely be returning when I need a new car and recommend your car store to family and friends alike.”

“Very friendly helpful staff. I was asssisted by Michael who answered any questions I had. He had everything arranged for me arriving to pick up the car. It is a nice open and comfortable facility with easy road access right off the M8 at Junction 26.”

“Reserved our new car during covid and I am so surprised how amazing everyone at the car store were. Damion made a video so I could get to see it which was perfect. James kept in regular contact as I had a 6 week wait from the dvla on paperwork aswell as Lesley from the hand over team both keeping me reassured it would all go to plan . Lia who handed the car over also went above and beyond. I am so pleased with the new car and it was definitely worth the 6 week wait. This is the second car I have purchased from yourselves and it definitely won't be the last! You all are a credit to your company Thanks again!”

“No other place to be going to get a car. They were all excellent with me whatever question I asked or something I was unsure about they gave great detail and helped a lot. Brian McWilliams helped me through the process of getting my car and was great.”

“Overall excellent customer service from the front desk to Craig Dick our Salesman. Only disappointing thing is we did not receive any communication about finance and when we could collect our car. We were told we could. Craig got involved over a week later and we then received a call stating that we had received an E-Mail and we needed to sign off. We did not receive this E-Mail and also checked spam. The attitude of the caller made it feel to us, it was our fault and had to come in to sign the paperwork as this could not be sent again.”

“Brian McWilliams was excellent when meeting myself and my Dad and explained all the finance really clearly. I’d also like to thank Brian for driving the car to my house, while I got insurance sorted. Michael from the marketing team was also very good and I enjoyed the video I was sent.”

“Started of good got a deal i was happy with but it all has went down hill, no VIP deal offer even though bought in offer weekend then went to collect took over an hour and me chasing up someone to deal with me to get car, was promised a voucher of some sort received nothing had car a day has tyre pressure system fault and alternator belt extremely noisy car get car seen until a weeks time, first ever dealing with company and probably the last”

“On the whole my experience at Peter Vardy Glasgow was a positive one. We were offered tea/coffee almost immediately then shown to the area of the showroom where our preferred type of vehicle was on display. Every effort was made to find a car within the stock which was good. The only negative was that there seemed to be some miscommunication regarding my personal number plate. Each side thought the other was arranging its removal. Clearer verbal instructions would have been good. As a result it took almost a fortnight to pick up my car.”

“The initial sales experience was good, pleasant staff and we'll organized. Unfortunately after agreeing to purchase the vehicle this experience changed. There were multiple problems suggesting poor communication and disorganisation within the showroom. We got there eventually but I was not impressed and would not particularly recommend the showroom to friends.”
