Only rated them 4 stars because I phoned 3 days in a row before taking delivery of my car and was promised a call back which never materialized. Otherwise OK.

Poor experience from start to finish, salesmen never contacted me to let me know if sale was going through(I had to phone them) Arrived at showroom after 2 hour drive about 12ish to be told there would be a delay which somebody was supposed to tell me but never! Came back at 330 and was told 3 or 4 times it's just coming. Eventually car came round about 5ish. Gave it a test drive then eventually got away about 6. Thought about walking away a few times but luckily enough I love the car although since leaving showroom I have had to top up oil next day and had low tyre pressure on the 2nd day. Have had no correspondence since I left. Very poor!!

My experience within the Hillington store and throughout the buying process was great. I told Craig my budget and he helped me find the best car for me under the budget. There was no pressure and the full process was so easy I would definitely recommend visiting the store.

Visited the showroom in Hillington on Saturday morning, had a look around at will, no pressure from sales people, seen a car I liked, sales manager approached me, gave me a few details about the car, got the keys so I could have a good look inside,the reffered me to a sales rep, who then talked me through the HP or PCP, we decided which was best for my needs, signed the deal, 4 days later I had a new car. I've dealt with Peter Vardy for the past 20 years in different locations and I've never had a bad car or bad service, all in all, highly recommend them.

Been a disaster from the minute I bought the car. No one contacting me with updates, calling them repeatedly to ask when will I be able to pick my car up to be told someone will call me back (which never happened) cancelled the agreement because after a week I was told I had to drive back in to sign finance docs And then wait again before I can pick up my car which was supposed to have been done days before I chased it up (basically they forgot all about me) I cancelled the contract because I had no faith so they told me I could pick the car up that night. Picked the car up and hadn’t been valeted or anything. Still filthy and I had to go over it with a wipe when I got home (still waiting to hear back about my complaint) also not a stitch of water in the window wipers so I will be checking everything else to make sure the important things are up to scratch and when I picked up my car I was told there was only one key and the spare will be sent out to me which I would be emailed about (never got an email) and still waiting for key. Every time I’ve called about it I’ve spoke to a different person and had to start all over or the call backs are someone completely different. I was told if I wanted my car valeted I would need to drive back in with it and wait 2 hours to get it done or get a taxi back home and back in again which would be about £40-£50. I also sold my car to them for £3100 which I was told would be in my account in 3-5 working days and now the 6th working day and nothing! I have no faith in this company and still within my 14 days so only a few days left until I cancel if no resolution.

Relaxed casual non interfering atmosphere, when we did speak to Jamie he was friendly and went out his way answering any questions I had, I ended up buying from him and his communication throughout the process was first class. The next day after picking up the new car my wife remembered she left a CD in the car which had sentimental value, I dropped Jamie an email about this and within 10 mins he called me back to tell me he has got it and just come pick it up any time, bought a few cars in the past from various dealerships and the customer service I received here was head and and shoulders above anywhere else.

After having temperature taken at door i was alliwed in to wander , Saw a car out back and sales rep got the keys and i went for a drive. I had a trade in too ,i asked if price was negociable expecting them to say yes ,but no ,taken aback, No extras in package , Sales person was not pushy,

Love my Mazda 6 Se-L NavSport, excellent condition!! Peter Vardy done a great job on the alloys and bodywork as I seen it before prep. Pleased I was allowed to take it for a spin during lockdown. Craig provided a very comfortable non-pressured sale, unlike other car stores salesman. I'll be going back to trade-in for a new model in a few years. Fantastic experience.

Very pleasant surroundings to walk around in showroom. My salesman Paul Craig was tremendous in every aspect of the sale. But handover from Lesley was very rushed. In that keycards hadn’t been checked and needed new batteries! These were replaced and within days weren’t working! A further visit to your showroom and George (Service Manager) replaced batteries AGAIN. Within days NOT working again. Booked into service dept for Technician to look over. He called me next day to say WRONG batteries inserted into keycards by George! Very unprofessional! Put in complaint when collecting my car on 15 august with salesman Jamie?? And heard nothing back to date!! Not happy!!

Worse than useless- sales staff that don’t have a clue what they are doing and customer service when you try to complain is non existent. Was assured a rattle would be fixed that I noticed on my test drive- still rattling. No service book or manual give at handover- told they would “make another one up for me!?!”- still waiting. Car full of rubbish under the seat from the previous owner- glad you are taking hygiene during a virus outbreak seriously!

Excellent experience in buying a new car. Totally stress free, no pressure environment or forced sales by sales team. The team were super friendly and helpful especially Michael who took us for test drive and sorted out the purchase of the vehicle and ensuring the car was perfect for collection date

Bought the vehicle via CITNOW videos. The salesman was very accommodating. Picked up the vehicle and the interior was absolutely disgusting. Twirl wrapper found in the back seat. Crisps and crumbs between seats. Muddy foot prints on the glovebox and coffee spill in the centre consol. Damage to the bodywork from seat belts closed in the doors. One of the key blades was bent as well.

I found the CarStore experience very positive. This was down to Kelly Bates, who provided help and advice when needed, but also gave time and space for me to make my decision which is something that I have not had before when buying a car. I can't recommend Kelly and the CarStore enough.

Eventually got my car only to find all Sd cards had been removed so no satnav or anything in the car disappointed if im honest . Darren did try to help me with getting the car on time
