“The overall experience was much better than I have experienced with other car dealers, although not perfect the experience was less pushy and didn't put me under any pressure. also the Glasgow carstore was very well organised and was organised into groups of cars that suited me and made it much easier to find what I wanted. Shannon the handover specialist was great and made may pickup experience clean and easy, Chris Mitchell the sales advisor was great and helped me to find the car I was looking for. The only gripe I would have is that the car I received VW Golf R-line has one odd tyre to the rest which I didn't notice till I arrived home.”

“I was happy with the service provided to me by both Alan (salesman) and Sharon (Handover). They seemed very natural, something that you don’t normally sense when walking into a dealership where they give you the “wheeler dealer” act. Both were very welcomIng and very helpful with any queries I had throughout the process. The only reason I am giving a 4 and not a 5 is due to some unexpected issues that occurred with payments being verified as they had not been processed and Sharon wasn’t aware that the car had been paid in full prior to picking it up. However, she was very attentive and vigilant in checking and verifying that it had, which I am grateful for. The car was prepared to a very high standard, however we have recently discovered a fault with the windscreen washer (driver side). As I am unsure if this is something covered in “Our preparation standards” I have selected “No” for this, however if it does not count towards this, then the answer would be yes. No one has contacted me since I’ve took delivery of my vehicle, but Alan had said on the day of collection he would attempt to phone at some point the following week (this week). All in all, I have had a great experience with Peter Vardy CarStore, and hopefully I will be back when the time comes in future!”

“Very poor correspondence between customers, and managers ,and car salesmen ,and having to wait for parcel shelf .this should have been on order before sale Poor checks on my car , car not cleaned , One mile from your showroom ran out window wash , And damage to tyre not noticed which in turn ruined my day with no reckinpence waiting for new tyre At showroom 5hrs Yours Mr J Crossan”

“Very friendly staff, helpful and helped me find exactly what I was wanting. Chris Doak assisted me in finding my car, worked me through the finance available. Nicole Mckenna and Zoe were great during handover. I was informed of every stage from buying to collecting my car. Very happy with how everything went”

“Paul our sales executive was great. Things took a bit of a rocky start with issues with our car but he and Shannon at handover both sorted it and got the car looking great. He got it booked in for us and even called a few days later we took the car away to ask how we were getting on. Nice wee courtesy call after a purchase is always nice. Thank you Paul and also the others involved in our journey ! :)”

“Since getting to the showroom I was looked after and cared for tea and coffee offered at every possible moment and when I found the car I wanted all finance was explain with easy and confident Craig was Braille the and exstrememly helpful”
