“Changed our car during the COVID period and was very impressed with the health and safety standards that were in place that made us very comfortable. Our sales rep, Connor was very helpful and arranged a test drive and the vehicle was suitably fuelled to ensure a proper test. We decided to buy and had a car to exchange and we received a good trade in price. As it was near the end of the month there was a bit of a rush following hand over to the dispatching team and we had to chase up the service book that was missing only to find the car had not been serviced. Once the issue was handed back to Connor he got this sorted very quickly and booked in just over a week after picking it up; if it hadn’t been a month end I don’t think this oversight would have happened. All in all I found the experience very good.”

“Extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased, This is my second Vehicle from the is store. From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of and Chris the sales person who dealt with us, kept in touch and helped me through every step of the process (Thank you Chris). I will definitely be back when I'm thinking of trading in. I had to wait a little when picking the vehicle up but everything was done that day and the rep who took us through the paperwork and handed me the keys, took me through the new car including the controls so I new where everything was before I left. Very efficient and friendly staff, who were fair and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.”

“It was a delightful experience visiting carstore Glasgow and after listening carefully to what I was looking for, as a 70 year old lady driver, the young man designated to look after me showed me exactly what I wanted, left me to look at the cars I was interested in and then gave me time to make up my mind. Well done Connor it resulted in a sale and it will in the future result in recommendations to others to go along to Carstore at Braehead.”

“Staff were very helpful and friendly in store, the car buying experience was great, but unfortunately the air con wasn't working when we got the vehicle out for a ride the next day and we had to wait 3 weeks for an available slot to get it seen.”

“On the whole I was pretty satisfied with the service only down side was ( 1 ) the offer on the trade in from the sales team was half the price on your own web site so wasn't to pleased about that ( 2 ) was told the car would be read for collecting at 4-00pm I duly arrived in plenty of time received car at4-55pm other than that car ( touch wood )is driving well”

“Initially when i went to trade my car in abd get a new one all was well and went smoothly but after i had agreed to purchase the new car i could not get through to find a date to pick the car after days of trying to chase up my own car purchase i was told it would take a week to pick it up. After waiting an extra 20 minutes in the store while the car was being "valeted" there was dirt on the backseat and smudges all over the inside of the windscreen and webs on the mirror and i had issues with the car. After being told i would receive a call back on monday about this i received nothing and could not get through to the car store after calling multiple times every day i was forced to drive 20 miles to go into the store in person to find out what was going on. Very poor customer service and really lost my faith in the company. Took the excitement out of buying a new car.”

“I can honestly say that my experience with Peter Vardy Carstore was excellent, I dealt with a young man called Ryan Porterfield who was polite and courteous throughout the whole process, I originally ordered a car which when Ryan and the preparation team looked at it they felt it did not meet the standards required and notified me immediately, whilst I was disappointed, Ryan fully explained the reasoning behind the decision and I was made to feel that they were putting my interests first. after explaining what I was looking for Ryan asked me to leave it with him whilst he made some enquiry’s, and boy am I glad I did. He located exactly what I was looking for, Throughout the whole process Ryan and the team have been totally honest and professional, explaining everything in great detail and responding very quickly if I had a question or query, this has resulted in me obtaining the exact car I was after, which was delivered exactly when he said it would be, and the car was immaculate inside and outside and I’m loving every minute of driving it. Even on delivery Ryan was lovely and seemed so pleased for me, he was a total delight from beginning to end. So thank you Peter Vardy Carstore and your fantastic team.....and a massive thank you to Ryan Porterfield for going above and beyond and helping me to finally own a car I truly love.”
