“Was treated by nice friendly sales team on arrival. My sales colleague Robbie Blakemore was very friendly and most helpful in helping me choose my car so i give him a 5star rating.”

“All staff were really helpful and attentive when required, but left you to look around if need be. We dealt with Ryan who was new to the job but answered all our questions and sought advice were needed. The only negative for me is that it's not one person you deal with from start to finish, we had 3 different people, Ryan who did the cars, Emma who did the paperwork and Chris who finalised the deal ... I would prefer to deal with one person start to finish.”

“Craig Dick was very friendly and helpful as was Jacquline from the hand over team. Bit of a mix up with the paperwork which was nothing to do with Craig or Jacquline and they made good on a bit of a bad situation with lots of helpful advice and reassurance. Built up a good relationship with both as was on the phone every couple of days and they were quick to keep me up to date on the situation,overall if it had not been for both Craig and Jacquline being very nice people I may have not went through with the purchase of the vehicle. I think the company needs to evaluate which financial company's they deal with.”

“In all honesty I would not have given a 5 star review had it not been for the efforts of Craig Dick. There seems to be a major lack of communication between departments and the only person who seemed to be looking after my best interests was Craig. I have still to return my car now at an inconvenience of mine, to get the repair work done that was supposed to be done by the workshop for my collection date and the only reason it got sorted was because Craig was as unhappy as I was with the bodged up job that you tried to fob me off with. The aftercare from Craig was top notch as well. Can't thank him enough for his efforts. Thanks.”

“From the moment I went into The Car Store, I found the staff especially Darren Lafferty to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about some of the cars I was interested in. I was also introduced to his manager Daniel, who again found to be very helpful. Unfortunately I had my dog with me and the guys helped me with her, while I was dealing with the paperwork. I certainly would recommend anyone who is thinking of purchasing a car to contact these guys at your store as you have a HUGE selection of vehicles to suit anyone's budget. Loved the burger and complimentary coffee and your very clean restrooms.”

“The service I received from the Hillington store was fantastic. I also felt that the saleswoman (Kelly) wasn't pushy at all instead made me feel comfortable and respected. Everything was explain clearly and the selections of cars were fantastic and eventually I left with a fantastic deal and an aweome car. Would definitely recommend this to anyone”
