I play with a bunch of guys who have e-carts and everyone wants my Cart Tek! I love the preset speed settings and maneuverability. Most e-carts don’t have the manual throttle like the CartTek that lets you dial your speed when you’re guiding your cart by the handle around tight spaces (like the edge of the green and a sand trap. I love the cargo capacity and recently got the seat which is a super addition

I've used the Yosemite for a few rounds now and I'm getting the hang of it. The remote is responsive and I love the rotary speed knob for hands-on control. It's taken a load off my back and I enjoy walking much more now. It's a good value among the many electric trolleys I've considered. The biggest selling point for me is that it will fit in my convertible's trunk and I can still drive with the top down with the cart in the trunk. Easy to unfold and fit my bag onto it. Not super heavy, so it's not difficult to get it in and out of my car. I'm very satisfied so far. Appears well constructed, so I'm optimistic about durability, time will tell. Hopefully the battery life will hold up as well.

I had run my Cart Trek into a ditch and quickly yanked it out thinking I had protected everything- since it was on the last hole I walked it in and then took it home to dry out. After a couple of weeks, it worked but not well. I went online to Cart Trek and they directed me to their website on what to check when you get your cart in the water. Amazing and I learned it was still wet in the battery and the main controller. That was Thursday morning, by Thursday afternoon, I had delivered the cart in-box to UPS for return to CartTrek. They got in on Monday, immeditately repaired it and returned it to me on Tuesday morning by Fedex. I got it back on Thursday and it was back on the course on Friday. Customer-friendly, amazingly supportive, and willing to go the extra mile. They are a FANTASTIC TEAM! (And on your side!)

I am a dissatisfied customer. My recently bought Car Tek golf cart shot down within two months of purchase. I was actually playing a round of golf and was caught in a shower of rain after 9 holes and the cart stopped working. I reported my dilemma and send photos of the Receiver and the motherboard of the motor controller which were found to be affected by the rain. The response suggested that the Receiver had evidence of being damaged by water. I tried relentlessly to have the parts replaced but without success. Because I need the cart to be operational I ordered and paid for the parts from the company. on receipt I will have the cart repaired

Always quick and efficient when placing orders and when there's a need from the staff. However I have to hold back to giving a five star rating because of current and past issues I had with the cart. It seems one of the motors is not working as the cart cannot make turns. I had a similar problem in the past but the staff there sent me another motor no charge. I installed it and noticed the original motor had rust and corrosion on it which may have contributed to the first problem. I don't want to order another motor, be charged for it and having to install it. Thinking of possibly ordering another cart but it could be another brand. Keep up the good work gang.

It was hard to talk with a sales person. I am guessing you are understaffed. I love your product but when I ordered a seat there were no instructions on how to put it on my cart. Again, I enjoy my golf cart and am happy to endorse it to others. I do tell them it is not always great customer service but they are trying.

It was a complicated issue involving an older cart and replacing a remote. Zac worked thru it and solved the issue.

Needed a new charger. Called support got a return call quickly ordered the new charger and it arrived in two days. Very happy. Now if Cart Tek would only come out with a replacement remote that’s not the size of a car battery I’d love it. How about a rechargeable small remote for my cart?

Last Sunday an operator error caused my electric trolley to take a dip in the water hazard. It was completely submerged and would not power up after pulling it out of the pond. I brought it home and found a link on the Cart Tek website and how to inspect it for damage and dry it out. It was clear I needed a new Li battery and on Monday I called the service dept. at Cart Tek. Zach was incredibly helpful. He gave some additional tips on how to dry the trolley out and measures to take to prevent rust. The replacement battery arrived in 48 hours. I needed some additional advice on how to re-install the snap ring clips and Zach immediately returned my call and straightened me out. The buggy is up and running good as new. I have friends with electrical trolleys made by other manufacturers and their experience with non-Cart Tek service support has been poor.

Excellent purchase. Sturdy, attractive, excellent packaging. Easy to assemble, good instructions, nice add-ons (bag, tool kit, towel, ball marker). I was surprised how easy it is to operate and to get used to. I'm very pleased. My husband has had a cart tek for a couple of years and is most impressed with the customer service. Great product.
