“The blanket is pretty and nicely made but it is paper thin. I don't know what 4-ply means but I have sweaters that are thicker. would I buy this again? absolutely not, I guess my lesson is to not buy something throught the internet that you can't see or feel to judge the weight or thickness”

“A logo was printed on the sweater which was not shown in the photo. I had to ask for a prepaid retun label instead of the default customer paid return label. My purchase cost was promptly refunded.”

“This was the strangest cashmere I’ve ever had. It feels nothing like the two other cashmere robes I have. It feels like a blend of fabric. I didn’t return it because I have not the time to do so. For nearly $400, I expected better than I got.”

“I paid for overnight shipping and received my over coat a full week later. I’m happy with the coat, but I paid an extra $50 for nothing. There was no apology, no explanation and certainly haven’t received my money back for the overnight shipping.”

“Purchased a full length overcoat ($1000+ AUD) and still have not received my item. Read some reviews saying others never received their delivery, so I immediately requested my shipping option be changed from First Class International to Priority International (with tracking). Cashmere Boutique never returned my email and sent my parcel without tracking. Now the delivery has exceeded the maximum estimate of 15 business days. Will be patient for longer but now I'm getting concerned that the reviews of people never receiving their order were true.”

“I ordered a men's sportcoat in charcoal size 44. I received a call from them stating they did not have that color. I stated that I would wait until they did. If they don't expect to have it soon, they should refund my payment. One week later they delivered the wrong color and size jacket (black size 40) to me. I had to pay to return it and it took them two weeks to refund the payment. What's going on here?”

“Quality average, coats run larger than specified. Since the coats run large. I had called the lady she said to buy a new coat and return the 1st coat back. It shouldn't take 4 weeks. So I did what was recommended. They have received my 1st coat on 11/26/21 and have yet to return my 4 emails and 2 phone calls or money.... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE NO RESPONSE OR CALLS BACK... MOVE ON”
