“The service from Cass Brothers has been fine but the delivery has still not been received despite having placed the order on 28 January and acknowledgement of delivery on 8 February. Unfortunately, the Courier Service used to transport the item to Darwin is not known for its reliability and customer service. A delivery was attempted on 14 February with an email confirming delivery on that day being received at 10.58 am (when already at work). The item has been missing ever since and the courier service has been unable to locate it despite multiple calls and emails. I would like to provide a review of the product but unfortunately it is unable to be located or received at this time.”
“After placing an internet order, I received a call from Cass Bros to advise the items would not be available for delivery that week as the stock had to come from another warehouse. They wanted to make sure I was OK with the longer delivery timeframe and that I was not waiting on the items urgently. Thank you for making a simple phone call to prevent any angst! I was in no rush and the goods arrived when they told me they would. Very happy with their service. They also returned a call on a busy Saturday with a query I had about one of the items. “How refreshing - The service was 1st class and the Courier used to deliver the item was very fast. I ordered online on Thursday at 1.15 pm and it was delivered Saturday at 3.00 pm. I was kept informed of the progress constantly.
The item was competitively priced and the standard delivery charge was so low, yet the service from both was so good.
