“The call centre is really difficult to deal with when there is an issue. In my case, multiple people didn't seem to understand my issue (faulty part, if part couldn't be replaced I wanted a credit). They claimed I had received stock that was never sent, and claimed I had complained about that also.

Yes Catch is a great place to shop for amazing deals, very fast delivery and best of all very good customer care. I was reading another person's review on Stainless Steel AirFryer-Oven multi-function ovens, I have to agree Catch has a very limited range, need to expand and include high quality products that will last, am looking to buy one as well.
If Catch can sell them directly rather than going through market place sellers, that would be best, buying from market place sellers is a bit of a gamble, buying directly from Catch would be the best option. Would like Catch to display reviews for market place products, it's like most market place sellers are hiding their reviews and I think that is a disservice to Catch customers.
I would like Catch to make it mandatory for all market place sellers to display product reviews, otherwise customers don't really know if the product is good or bad! Hope that helps!”

From my own shopping experience Catch is a GREAT place to shop online. There are two ways to shop on Catch, buy products directly sold by Catch or buy products sold by MarketPlace sellers. Again from my own experience as far as possible buy products directly from Catch and if you have any issues they will fix it super fast. They are great like that, no matter what the issue is, they will go out of their way to help you and fix the issue. They have GREAT customer service and care.

Feedback For Catch Team: Most if not all negative reviews are based on customers experience with MarketPlace Sellers, and I can understand this from a customers point of view. My own experience with MarketPlace Sellers is 50-50, some are good and some not so good and it would be GREAT if Catch FORCES or Mandates all MarketPlace Sellers to show product reviews for the products they sell. This in my opinion it will FIX this issue of some negative reviews for Catch and it will give all Catch customers more information if to buy the product or not. It will weed out the bad market place sellers from the good ones.
I have placed many orders with MarketPlace Sellers and most are pretty good but that said I did have one or two not so good experiences. The point I'm making is you can't blame Catch for the products you buy from MarketPlace Sellers, that's why as far as possible buy products sold directly by Catch.
First MarketPlace Seller Experience - (Order #C33788025-A) Bought a chips tray, product description was vague, I thought it was metal, but it was made from some type of rubber or vinyl, did not even mention if it was PFOA, PTFE and BPA free, when the product arrived was not to impressed, contacted the seller, who offered a full refund if I sent the product back. But the postage alone may have been close to the price I paid for the product, it was under $18 dollars so I told the seller not to worry about and just threw out the product. Wrote a review based on my experience but the review does not show. If this product had other peoples reviews good or bad I may not have bought this product but the product has no reviews till today! Catch should FORCE MarketPlace Sellers to display all reviews for their products, after all why should Catch get bad reviews for bad MarketPlace Sellers products and actions.
Second MarketPlace Seller Experience - (Order #C35413006-A) Bought Ramen Noodle Soup Bowl Set of 6, it looked good, the product was sent out, it was very well packed by the seller which was great but when the package was opened I noticed that only 1-2 bowls were without any marks, some had black spots inside the bowls and other bowls had air type bubbles, I was not happy with that as they cost me $52.95 and given how well the seller packed the product little care was shown to check the quality of the product before it being sent out. I did not complain as 2 bowls were good but the fact remains I paid for 6 bowls and 6 bowls should have been good. Again when I bought this product it had no reviews and after I bought it I wrote a review based on my own experience but till today no reviews are shown. If this product had other peoples reviews good or bad I may not have bought this product but the product has no reviews till today! Catch should FORCE MarketPlace Sellers to display all reviews for their products, after all why should Catch get bad reviews for bad MarketPlace Sellers products and actions.”

“Just love the statement on your website about keeping your sellers honest with their prices.
I purchased an item online for $319.95, with a delivery cost of $61.88.
Your website claims the seller is Ausway 2. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from the courier advising that they had a delivery from Crazy Sales. This was the item I purchased from catch.com online.
Imagine my further surprise when I went online to check the price of the item at Crazy Sales....which was the same, BUT, delivery from Crazy Sales was only $34.57........almost half quoted by catch.
Looks like I found the catch in catch.
How do you explain this? Is this just an add on by catch to take a little cream off the top?
So much for keeping them honest.

“I ordered a desk from Catch 2 weeks ago. I was very pleased when the delivery came two days later, only to discover that only half of the desk had arrived. When I called Catch, they assured me the second part of the desk would be delivered in another 2 days. A week later and still the second package had still not arrived. I called Catch again to follow up, and this time they could not assist me with when the delivery would be, and told me they would call me back. I never received a call back. I unboxed the package I had received only to find that it was damaged. I called again and this time the matter was escalated to Catch's partner seller via email for them to respond to me. I never received a response. I called Catch again for what was now a fourth time and again was not given any answers regarding when my desk would be arriving nor was I able to be given a refund on the call. I asked to escalate to a manager. I was refused the right to speak to a manager on the call and was advised a manager would call me back. Which I do not have much faith in considering the process I have experienced so far. Catch's processes for customer service, escalation and issue resolution are well below par. If you are looking for a reliable and well run company to purchase from, do not buy from Catch.”
