“Made a purchase in July 2023 from a CATCH seller called AU PRODUCT. When it didn't arrived I contacted the seller. Found out it was sent to a real old address in the CATCH system, even though I had provided my current address at the time of sale. And I paid with PAYPAL, which also lists my current address. AU PRODUCT suggested I travel to my old home, an hour away, and door knock. I said no. Then they said they couldn't help me and I should contact CATCH. So I did. CATCH said there was nothing they could do and suggested I read their Terms & Conditions. Bottom line, I paid for an item on CATCH, I received nothing. Look, if they had simply admitted the error and offered something like a discount on a future purchase then I would have been a happier customer. Mistakes happen, I get that. But I just got fobbed off.”
“I bought a clear case for my new white galaxy phone. Instead of sending me a clear case, they sent me a tinted case that makes my phone look grey. It is their fault and their mistake. To send it back the postage cost becomes mine $7. And I paid $4.99 for the postage of the item initially. In all I am out of pocket of $11.99. Their mistake, the onus should be on them, I should not have to pay for the return. I will never buy from them again; they don’t own their mistake. Stay away.”
“They don't offer refunds, only store credit. Shipping is through the roof, I purchased 2 items (2x small 18cm tall fake hydrangea arrangements) and delivery was $95. I wish I was joking. I only make the purchase because I didn't want my store credit to go to waste. The prices in general are also very high, you can get the same items elsewhere for cheaper. I will never make the mistake of buying through Catch again and warn anyone reading this not to as well. I basically threw $165 in the bin.”
“I had purchased an item on the 4th of May it is now the 18th the delivery service that catch are using couriers please have cancelled my delivery 3 times between the 9th and the 18th I have spoken with customer service 3 times and have requested a refund which I am sure this is not going to be easy will never purchase any items through catch again!!!!!!”

“I purchased a $100 retractable hose reel from Catch two years ago. At the time, they were offering free shipping for joining their One Pass program with a free one-month trial, so I decided to sign up and cancel within 30 days to take advantage of the offer. I used a credit card that I don't normally use for this purchase. However, I recently discovered that Catch has been charging me a monthly fee for the past two years, even though I had cancelled the One Pass service immediately after signing up as I had no intention of using it. I contacted their customer service team, which is located overseas, and they assured me they would contact their IT team and get back to me. However, I received an automated email response within 5 minutes, using a template that claimed they had no record of my cancellation. I consider this to be fraudulent behavior and plan to report it to the ACCC for investigation. I was not even aware of this matter as Catch does not send invoices every month to notify their charges. I have not used Catch since my initial purchase two years ago and have wasted over $100 due to their wrongful charges. I caution others to steer clear of their One Pass service to avoid similar issues of unauthorized charges on their bank statements. It's important to regularly check your bank statements to prevent being billed for services you did not intend to use.”

“Why does catch think it's ok to to entice you to a sale from a partner who doesn't send the item out for 10 business days and then takes another 10 business days delivery time? Apparently I missed the message that this can happen when purchasing off what I thought was the company I knew.

“I purchased 2 Avanti ceiling fans installed one it worked well for two weeks and the remote control stopped working i notified catch of the faulty remote I'm still waiting for a SATISFACTORY answer from CATCH”
“They charged me for a bar and said they would deliver it. I waited for the delivery but never happened and when I would call the lady would say the owners will get back to me which of course never happened.
I finally disputed the charge and got my money from my C.C. company.”

“The products are great but the customer service is horrendous.
I clicked to purchase some items and apparently 'payment failed' but it deducted the amount from my bank account twice.
First person i spoke to said they would send me an email, they did not.
Second person I spoke to said that it would take 1-2 days for them to amend the issue, that's if they can.
So now I am down more than $200 that I didn't budget for this weekend because of their error and no items!”

3 days later and still advertising the items for sale, even though they have said they are out of stock. So, I assume they received a new shipment. Placed the order again, and once again, a few days later and told they don’t have the item in stock. This happened to me 12 months ago as well, but thought 1 year on and they would have fixed their inventory system issues. Catch was the seller on each occasion. So they can blame other sellers on their marketplace.
Surprises me VCAT doesn’t do something about this group. A total embarrassment for Wesfarmers. Whoever they have running Catch should be given his/her marching orders. Obviously not up to standard.”
