I bought a Sony Xperia from catch.com through a third party becex the phone was a lemon they refuse to exchange or refund the phone as the phone was deemed unrepairable from the service centre they told me to send it to. They will not give me a refund as the phone is under warranty buyer beware do not buy from catch. They are a dodgy company .”

I took photos and you can clearly see the damage. I did not open to see if rest was damaged as it states if opened can not be returned . It was supplied by anther company and they and catch kept asking for more photos. Don’t know why when the damage was obvious
Both catch and the company refused to do anything stating I did not send more photos. The first email sent stated they could see the damage and was sorry and offered me 20 dollars compensation

Was asked how i would like to see this matter turn out but this is no guarantee how it would be, i answered refund or replace/or supply correct motor and part refund. Few more days past still nothing now it wont even charge, i bought this scooter for my 10 year old autistic girl for xmas from catch not a on line seller. Ive sent a request for a update, no response..i presume im going to have to post there junk back at my cost, but i think i will buy her a alidi scooter and catch can go bugger off as i will use every platform available to me to review my dealings with catch, catch can jam there scooters and anything else they funtastic or toys r us sell.. it wont take back what should have been a great xmas present but i will make sure catch know not too take a dump on this Australian, she is so disappointed, it was clearly a con to get rid of old stock or refurbished stock, how the hell does a 250 watt motor get into a e300, its my opinion unless i change my mind that catch is a complete con, I do have Australian consumer protection and will see how that pans out..i will also go on talk back radio and have a wah wah there as well. “Ordered a pair of swimmers, got sent the wrong size. Rather long protracted process of getting an email sent to me that contained the return address. Sent the incorrect product back only to be sent exactly the same incorrect product back to me as a replacement! Unbelievably poor customer service, takes up to five days from when you submit a complaint for a return address to be sent to you and then at least ten days for the returns centre to process the return. I have never dealt with such a shonky company. Sadly due to the two months that have gone by I now can't get the item anywhere else due to it being sold out. “The worst customer experience imaginable. Ordered for Christmas, in November, advised dispatched did not arrive. Followed up multiple times, directed us to delivery partner who had no record of tracking number. Eventually found out order was lost and they would not send a replacement. Then refunded money to a cancelled card even though requested in writing for a different refund. Now they have made it our responsibility to follow up with the bank for the refund. Hours of time following up, still no refund and no wine fridge.
