“A dishonest organisation. Bought a TV that costed $1000 and it broke down after 10 months. Tried to put through a warranty claim and they tried to get out of their responsibility. The TV'S screen is black when being turned on and they said that I have damaged the TV therefore warranty is voided. An absolute joke. “I bought a brown swing chair with black cushion and paid $900. They delivered a grey one. Messaged them dozens of times and they ignored at first, then they kept saying someone would contact me. I lodged a paypal dispute that they also ignored for 2 weeks. Then rather than come and collect the incorrect item they delivered, they expected me to somehow post back the wrong item at my own expense, an item that is 120cm ax 200cm. How on earth is anyone supposed to do that. I will never purchase from them again”
“I have ordered from Catch many times in the past and had no issues. BUT - recently we purchased a $100 dog bed for our sweet boy and when it arrived it was not the bed we ordered. It was one that was half the price.. I immediately contacted them to figure out what happened… they took weeks to get back and said I needed to open a return claim. I did that, and got a message another week later that I would have to figure out how to package the large dog bed (that arrived vacuum sealed and has since grown 4x the size) find a box large enough and send it back. At that point they will look over the dog bed and check their warehouse for the one I ordered to see if it’s even in stock and it could take another couple weeks for them to get back to me.

I called their customer service with my issues, if they want the dog bed back- they can schedule a courier and supply a box and pick it up. I have wasted so much time contacting them ver the last month - I just want the bed we ordered or a refund!!!! Never ordering from them again.”
“Waited weeks for delivery, no delivery. Was told they they follow up and come back to us in 3 days, week after, no reply. Called back again was told it would be escliated. Was told that as its been dispatched they cant refund as we requested. Was told we would need to wait until it was delivered back to them before refund could be considered. Have not heard back. SO, they organized delivery, it didnt arrive after almost a month, then they say they cant refund until their delivery company delivers back to them. Still waiting for an update from them. Cant re-buy until we get a refund, cant get a refund till they get the product back, cant get an update on the product as its with their delivery company. They wont return our emails.”
“I used Catch when it first started - literally selling one item per day (just like Zazz.com.au used to)
Over time as it has grown, the 'bargains' are not really anymore. The site has become too bloated with third-party garbage. The link with Ebay doesn't help, as Ebay is now 99% Chinese garbage (was a better place back in 2002), and Catch is seemingly headed the same way
Shop around elsewhere. Catch is no longer the bargain basement it once was. The fact they advertise everywhere now means you're paying for that too indirectly.”
“I will never buy from Catch again. I bought UK size 6 Clarke boots for $129.00. Unfortunately although its my usual size, these boots were too small. I called Catch and they sent me an email with a link to orint iff a labek to return the boots. The link did not work. I contacted Catch about it and was told the matter would be escalated and sent to a specialist team member to sort out. I heard nothing from them so called again after a week and was reassured someone would get back to me regarding the issue. Its now 10 days since my original call and i am still waiting to send back the boots which have to be returned within 30 days. Be warned if you need to return anything you might be stuck with an order you don't want. Terrible customer service.”

“Catch sold an item, which is sourced from a third party. The cost was higher than from the third party store itself. Postage charged was for Express Post. Parcel arrived via standard mail, i.e. about $6 cheaper. Overall paid about $15 more than if bought from third party store. The item has been superseded by a later version. The outgoing version sells about $25 cheaper. Lesson: buyer beware. Do NOT deal with Catch. Look around, Catch is not cheaper, even though it widely advertises as such. Lesson learned!”
