“Worse ever to buy from and deal with, purchased a Bedra mattress 4 months ago, the worse mattress I ever laid on. Very poor inferior quality and suppose to come with a 10-year warranty. Catch have not cooperated to refund my money. Customer service with dispute team does not exist. You deal with a Philippine call center who are useless in dealing with customer service issues. Warning" stay away from the Catch site and do not purchase any products, because you will be disappointed with the quality and poor customer service if you have issues

Made an order 3 weeks ago and got no update between, catch, the seller and courier company no one could tell me where the package was and it was for a birthday.
After a week of calling them everyday the best I got was were will message and follow up the seller.
Nothing I then had to be out of pocket and buy from a different company and went to request and speak to a manager- no empathy no care and didn’t even bother to call me back I had to call 3 times and email.
Travis the so called “manager” there so rude, patronising and couldn’t care less- refused to refund me and kept saying we will follow up with seller. I am out of pocket $358 thanks to their incompetence.
I would not let this go and will escalate to the highest level until I receive my refund.

“I purchased a wardrobe from Catch, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The product arrived incomplete – half of the items were missing! I had already organized a handyman and had to pay him $150, even though he could only assemble half the wardrobe due to the missing parts.
It took over two weeks for Catch to send the remaining items, and during that time, I wasted countless hours chasing them through emails and phone calls. Their idea of compensation for their massive mistake? A measly 10% discount.
Now that the missing parts have finally arrived, I’m stuck paying another $150 to get the handyman back to finish the job. The whole experience has been frustrating, costly, and a complete waste of time.

I ordered a $38.99 book for gluten free recipes as I'm suddenly reacting to gluten. Now I have to learn a new way of cooking meals. GREAT book I saw so I ordered it ($38.99) to help. Well I was very ill around that time after recovering from surgery that went VERY wrong and the book slipped my mind. I was on my Catch account looking at something and noticed my book is STILL IN TRANSIT.
Iv contacted Catch and tried sorting the problem out. Because it was to far gone date wise they refused to honour my order OR refund my account even though I WAS a loyal customer but NOT ANYMORE. They were very unhelpful and I'm disgusted that they take your money and run. Iv just tried to reply to their email and my account is cancelled so I have to start from scratch IF I want to order anything from them WHICH I WILL NEVER DO. In my opinion this is equivalent to STEALING.
There are several other companies out there providing the same service but have way better ethics.
All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM CATCH AND TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE YOU CAN TO DO THE SAME.”
“They operate scams on their website. In the fine print they state that the item is a marketplace seller. However, the payment is made to Catch. The seller then supplies a fake tracking number and the product never arrives. The seller states that they will give a refund when you return the item. But their own fake tracking informations shows that you never got it, so how can you return it. Catch will then wash their hands of everything. Stating that they are only willing to contact the seller”
