“I feel completely scammed by CDKeys. I purchased a key that didn’t work, and when I reached out to their support team, they told me to contact Steam. Steam confirmed that the issue was with the key itself and not on their end. I sent CDKeys proof of this, expecting a refund or at least some real help — instead, they abruptly closed the chat and ignored my request. This is unacceptable. CDKeys sold me a faulty product and took no responsibility for it. Their support was dismissive and unhelpful, and in the end, I was left with nothing. Be warned: if something goes wrong with your purchase, don’t expect CDKeys to stand behind what they sell. I would never recommend this site to anyone.”

“Avoid! I bought EA Ultimate FC25 for X Box and didn't get the 4600 free points. Both EA and XBox were clear that CD Keys should have given me a second specific content code for the points but CD Keys refused to acknowledge this, and refused to take responsibility and provide the code. I spend days and days messaging their support team who were evasive and avoidant. NOT WORTH BUYING FROM THEM TO SAVE A FEW QUID.”

“I purchased a game key using the direct PayPal option (without creating an account) and received only an order ID, with no game key provided. The message said I would get an email with a link to the key, but that email never arrived. After waiting an hour, I reached out to support. To their credit, they responded quickly and claimed to have re-sent the confirmation email, but it still didn't arrive. I was using the same email linked to my PayPal account, where I expected to receive the link. After the email failed to arrive again, I informed support and asked them to confirm they had the correct email address. No response. 24 hours later, I sent another email requesting an update—again, no reply. They seem to have given up, leaving me with no key and out the money. I cannot recommend this service!”

“Scummy website, shifting unjust blame on the customer I bought a key for a wrong game which we haven't even revealed. When I realised my mistake, I tried contacting customer support with hopes of getting my money back as the keys hadn't been revealed nor used. The response I've gotten basically nails down to: we've checked the codes, and they were unused when we sent them to you but you have redeemed them so we cannot issue a refund. Explain this to me, how could I have redeemed the code when I haven't even seen it? Anyways, when I try to escalate the issue, they double down and just shift the competences onto Steam (with which they are not affiliated in any way, shape or form). So I really do not recommend this grey market site.”

“Ordered PSN gift card Took money immediately and confirmed my order on the website, but then proceeded to send email saying there was a problem collecting my payment and to try again with a different method. Support no help, just repeats the message in the email. AVOID”

“Bought a microsoft word lifetime product. Never received the key. Then received two emails from them telling me they will send me the key if I click on the link. Don’t do it. Turned them in the BBB and to state attorney general office.”

“I bought from them thinking what a great deal. Instead I got errors that I couldnˋt access my OneDrive storage I bought from them. They have made excuse after excuse and still no storage. Must be close to a year now that they told me they would fix it and have not. Recent e-mails have been ignored.”

“Mi experiencia con CDKeys ha sido decepcionante. Me tenia que llegar el codigo de FC 24 Edicion Estandar el viernes, como no me llego le escribi a soporte, me respondieron el lunes asegurandome que me iba a llegar y, a pesar de las promesas del servicio de atención al cliente, no he recibido mi código. Es martes por la noche y sigo esperando. Esta falta de eficiencia y comunicación efectiva me hace sentir estafado. Esperaba un servicio más confiable y oportuno, el numero de mi orden es 0137529520”

“I dont even want to give a star, money started coming out of my account unlawfully, i do not know how they managed to get my card details, there has been no email order confirmation either, watch these guys and customer support fails to refund stolen money”
