“Certainty Property have been managing my property for just over 12 months now and my experience with them has been completely positive. I moved my property across to this agency following a recommendation after having received poor service from 2 previous real estates in the area. The communication I have received from them has always been excellent, friendly and prompt. If I ever make contact with them I have a response within one day. Any issues I have are answered immediately so I have not been left waiting. All staff within the agency that I have dealt with are happy to answer any questions I have about the property market- no question is too hard or time consuming for the team to answer. I've never had any issues with my property or maintenance of it, requests have been received in a timely manner and actioned immediately. Thank you to the entire team but especially Mark for the personalised service you have provided (and still provide!) to me. You are such a beautiful, kind and helpful person to deal with. 5 STARS FROM ME”

“Connor at Certainty Property has been our property manager for a year now and I cannot recommend him and the Certainty team highly enough. Connor is a committed professional who always provides excellent and timely advice on any and all issues related to the property. He is incredibly responsive to any query you may have and we feel our property is in very safe hands. Thank you Connor and Certainty Property!”

“Highly unprofessional behaviour on the real estate agents end - after having to book in and confirm my attendance of an inspection multiple times, they just stood us up, sent a lousy apology yet that they can't access the property and were further unresponsive. Never again will I be dealing with that company!”

“I’ve overall had a smooth, great transition with the Certainty team. The website is very easy to navigate, and I was assigned my own Property Manager who regularly contacts me. My Property Manager had great knowledge of the local areas surrounding my properties, and ensured regular inspections as well as providing me with the right technology. The fees are low in exchange for good service, and the management is highly professional. Certainty have chosen great tenants for my properties, and I couldn’t feel more comfortable choosing a management who is attentive and highly responsive. Huge thank you to Cameron who has given me the best outcome for my investment properties. I would highly recommend Certainty. Jessica Doyle.”
