“Having used Boiler Juice for more than 10 years and having had numerous suppliers over that time, CERTAS have never delivered when they said they would. This week, failed calls back, reluctant apology for their failure to keep to one of the three promised delivery dates, in less than a week. My advice is set your expectations low with CERTAS and you will be fine. Boiler Juice have now blocked them from bidding for my future orders. Some relief there. It feels as if they take too many orders and care little for the customer experience. I look forward to the pasted generic reply on how disappointed they are with my experience and how typical this isn't . Sadly for this customer, it is all too typical of CERTAS”
“Very bad drive would not put heating oil in tank as he wrecked it was abit perrised tank is fine it’s double skind and never had a problem with any other company filling it up. Drive John Powell did not want to help and said so what not my problem and would not even wait till I ring his office then said good by with a smile on his face AVOID company”

“Was given a delivery date, they didn't show. On chasing, I was fobbed off with excuses. Still no delivery after 3 weeks of chasing. Then got a phone call to say they don't even own a small tanker in my region, and the order should never have been accepted! 3 weeks of no heat, in the snow, then having to go elsewhere and pay hundreds of pounds more. Not impressed, would highly recommend you NEVER touch this company with a barge pole.”

“Just seen some of the reviews of Certas and I have to agree with them - awful company who take your money then come up with 100 excuses as to why they can't deliver. I have children at home because of lockdown and the youngest is 3 years old. The heating is on all day and the level is dropping fast. I ordered 700 litres of oil and have been lied to again and again about delivery dates. I cannot afford to buy from another company and wait for the refund. But we are staring zero heating happening any day now.”
“Appalling number of let downs with deliveries. They always have an excuse fir why they didn’t turn up, but never have the courtesy it professionalism to notify me that the planned delivery isn’t coming. “You’re order dropped off our list.....our driver ran out of driving hours.....we had some urgent deliveries” etc., etc. The most unreliable service I have ever experienced. Nice people but completely unbothered each time they let you down.”
“We have been customers for years and recently realised we had been paying way over the odds for goodness knows how long when checking priced - when we mentioned it we were told “bless you” by the receptionist when asking about pricing - very poor - they only tried to rectify when advising we would be going elsewhere!”
“After many years of using certas I recently was refused a delivery of oil by the driver.
He explained I had a slight problem with my tank and he would give his report to his office, they then would contact me with details of how to rectify my problem within a few days.
I'm a pensioner and also widow, I was left with hardly any oil in my tank, I've had no phone call from them.
I've now had the problem sorted and another company has supplied me with oil. I will not be using Certas again.”
“I Have been with Certas for a number of years and before with Emo. I looked online over the weekend and they were quoting 45p per litre which I thought was expensive. I called them on Monday morning and was actually quoted 33p.
I advised that I had been quoted 26p per litre and they answer I got was I could ask if we could give you a discount but couldn't promise....... why is the price shown/given not the best price?
I have been with this company fro around 15 years and unfortunalty can't see me using them again, and I am so disappointed that I placed a order with them earlier in the year where I now see I paid well over the top.”

“I have been buying domestic oil for our central heating and AGA for the last year from a local company. Certas sent me a money off voucher which has given me some great savings. Their Glowmax product means you do not need to pay extra for the additive the other company recommended”

so Ordered oil from them again was delivered within 3 days of ordering 2 weeks before estimated delivery time, "
