“Since I called to USL and spoken with Roxi I felt I could do it because she was very professional and very very kind by phone. Then Priscilla was very great with her job and also the gentleman was great as well. Also about the invoice was sent to me very fast as needed to send to my company straight away. “When I booked the translation, I told Priscilla that it was urgent. And even though I opted for the standard 3 day turnaround, Priscilla got the translation to me the next day and the hard copy arrived in the post the day after that! And throughout the process Priscilla was very friendly and responsive. I have been provided with a service that (unfortunately) is no longer standard these days, and I am very happy to see that it still exists! Thank you Priscilla and Universal Language Solutions! Eva”
