“My weight had crept up over the years and everything I did to try and lower it did not succeed, I had some issues with my back and knees and thought I was just growing old ungracefully. However when I saw the success of a friend - I thought, it was worth the effort. And how wonderful has it been to see the weight fall off and the body slim down, I was determined and it paid off. “I have been laid up after having a tumour removed from my leg. Hence I have gained weight from bedrest & inactivity. So, after having used your wonderful support drops previously , which worked a wonderful for me. I am now losing weight with their help & find that I am not hungry at all . “I purchased The Healthy Keto Way program in the 23 January & it’s now the 10th February & the pack has not arrived in the mail. Over 3 weeks for postage within Australia? I think you should review your postage options, and don’t blame COVID. I can receive items from overseas in less than 2 weeks.”

“The information about the programs are awesome, but I feel an app may be easier to help navigate staying on the programs more easily. The facebook group for The Healthy Way is not used often, so there is not much of a community feel for people doing the program. I love the knowledge and passion of Cyndi O'meara for helping humans and the environment!”

“Hi i've been using CH products for about 5 years or so now and i love how Cindy has researched into everything nutritional & has developed the Fat Loss Protocol and Keto diet. I have done the FLP a few times and know & trust the process because it has been the only healthy eating regime that has worked for me! I started out at 74kg (157cm height) and lost 10kgs and It has been a great journey, learning what works best for my gut / body & felt absolutely fantastic when keeping to the foods that work best for me. 😀 I continue to use the seaweed salt, the greens, camu camu and collodial minerals (which i love) because i know it is giving me the vitamins/minerals that are missing in todays diet.
