“I have taken the vitamins from Changing Habits for years, absolutely wonderful. Don't taste the greatest but haven't found anything that is better....I'm 51 yrs old and have been taking vitamins all my life. I've also done the Fat Loss Protocol a few times and it works very well, I can't seem to stay focused during the 4th phase so I started the Changing Habits Keto Diet and am losing weight slowly but am hoping to keep it off forever...thankyou Cindy you have taught me soooo very much. I will be forever grateful”

Hi Marianne, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. All of our Fat Loss Protocol Packs contain two tubs of Health Essentials Powder. Each tub contains 30 servings, and during phases 2 and 3 of the Fat Loss Protocol, you'll take this product twice daily. Two tubs guarantee an ample supply without running out. We've changed our ethanol (alcohol) supplier, which has resulted in a slight change in the taste of the Support Drops. The amount of ethanol used remains unchanged. It's important to note that ethanol serves as a preservative and is not an active ingredient in the bottle, so the drops maintain the same formula and effectiveness as before. “Generally happy with the products that I purchase. Most occasions delivery has been prompt after making an order. Though, I have been disappointed that on at least three occasions in recent years, and including within the last few weeks, Changing Habits has been out of stock of Organic Inca Inchi Protein Powder. I understand the product is made in Peru, but I am hoping that Changing Habits can develop a method of more continuous supply while working within overseas product supply chain constraints.”

“The support you receive from the coaches and the Facebook community is fantastic. The program so far has been a great learning experience about foods and quantities. I've lost 10kg so far and I'm in phase 2. It does take alot of discipline as like most diets.”
