I have been using the Changing Habits Fat Loss Protocol for a few years - happily I am now mentally in a better place to keep the weight off. I love it so much that I have recommended it to a few people and a couple have taken up the suggestion and lost weight themselves. My husband also joins me on the program as he says he could do with losing some weight, he also has been very successful with weight loss. I originally started at over 120kg got down to 85kg and am now stable at 100kg. Still a little way to go. Theresa
